Firstly I've no idea why we're going to Old Trafford for this - we won the league and should have had home advantage.  Maybe the club is ripping the Stamford Bridge pitch up to give it to Aldershot Town

 

Anyway - with the Youth Cup safely in the trophy room it'd be great to see our U21s finish the season off with a win at Old Trafford.

Stupid isn't it ? they do the same in Rugby i think. The top 2 play for the league title at the end of the season.

It's just a gimmick copied from Rugby League. You have the league and then the top teams contest a Grand Final. Wonder how long before we get that in the Premiership.

If that ever happens i would probably lose interest. A team could dominate the league by 30 points and still lose it, it's stupid.
