Hull City vs Chelsea (PL) 22/03/2015 KO: 16:00 GMT

Another poor performance. I really don't know what to say. And we are happy. Happy to have average 3 shots on target. No matter we play against Hull, Southampton or Burnley. It's ridiculous. We try to win every fu****g match with minimum efforts. I don't like it. We also try to park the bus every match. And when they equalise(that's going to happen for sure as we can see statistically) our play becomes a garbage. And the worst thing is not that's our form. The worst thing is that we are happy with it.

there is an ignore feature if you don't want to see the things i post

I don't want to do that because the people I've 'ignored' to date have ended up being banned! That would make you touchable instead of untouchable, best not tempt fate.

Don't understand all of the negativity on here. We weren't brilliant but mostly we were very good on the ball and created a few chances, unfortunately we should have taken a few more but we still got the win.

However, defensively we were very worrying. I thought Ivanovic improved in the second half after being god awful in the first. I'm honestly not sure what's happened to Cahill but he's really changed and not in the good way. Fillipe Luis is decent but just doesn't really add anything special. His defensive work doesn't come close to Azpi's and for those calling for him to play because of his attacking play, I just don't see it, I can't remember him contributing much going forward or even putting in a cross

If you're willing to take the piss out of the team /manager/club when something happens that you don't like, then don't be shocked with another supporter takes the piss out of you when you post something they don't like.

I'll say it, if you're the type to stop cheering and take the piss out of the team when any little thing goes wrong, then you are a sh*te fan. If you're claiming the title is gone because you're 2-2 with half a game of football left to play despite having a 3 point lead and another game in hand, -yes you're being a sh*te fan.

I'm not saying plastic. I'm not saying glory hunter (probably spoiled and not grasping just how good these times are compared to the last 100 years). I'm not even saying you're not a real fan. I'm just saying your a sh*te supporter because your support isn't there when it's needed the most. It's real f**king easy to be a good fan in good times.

If you were playing, would you want that type of fan in the stands today? This will piss off some people but tough, call it as I see it.

Plenty of people criticised the manager and put it in some context.

Sorry to say it mate but football fans tend to moan. Happens in the stands and it comes from the best of us.

Doesn't make them sh*te fans.

it's not stopped many many other players constantly getting free kicks, even though they complain, abuse etc . Rooney, Suarez, our very own drogba, Gerrard etc.

I think it's more related to the aggressive nature of his complaining, beating the ground and all that. Most our players haven't had much luck with the officials this season.

It isn't brilliant but to react like that is slightly embarassing. Champions need results like this where they face pressure and then overcome it. At this stage in the season, three points is all that matters, and tbh, the performance was only poor defensively, going forward we were very good and their defensive record has improved quite a bit in recent weeks so they were obviously going to be hard to break down

I wonder if our defensive frailties have been due to both Cesc and Matic close to 2 match bans? Cesc has been on 9 bookings for the past 3 matches and today Matic joined him. The QPR game especially could be dangerous when the challenges go flying in, we wouldn't want to do without the pair of them for United and L'Arse.

We were 2-0 up at Hull then threw the lead away for the 9th time in two months.

But what was the final score? Yes we conceded two which was abysmal but the team still had the bottle to avoid conceding another when the crowd was completely behind the home team, and to manage to get the winning goal. This is a team who held Liverpool, City, and Arsenal at their own grounds and have improved defensively in recent weeks, it was always going to be difficult to break them down and we did very well to win the game

One word to sum the game up is "relief" for me.

Hopefully the international break has come at a good time for us to regroup and come back stronger. Let us hope our lads stay clear of injuries.

How bad was that pitch though? Reminds me of the potato field the Bridge used to be in the last 3rd of the season before Roman put in so much cash and work to sort it out.

Credit to Hull, worked hard deserved to be level, if not in front, at the break. If it had ended 2-2 I would find it hard to argue they did not merit it.

Thought Tibo was top draw, baring on their second goal of course.

Defense did not help him out a great deal. They all can do better than that, not just Brana.

Matic seemed to suit the type of game it turned in too, he is becoming a scrapper in the middle for us. Thought Cesc had a decent game, and Ramires too.

Willian gets a lot of justifiable stick, nice to see him involved in the winner. I do not really recall seeing much of Oscar when he came on, good or bad.

Hazard played very well again for us, lovely finish. Costa exactly the same for me.

Zouma looked solid, went on to destroy, did the job.

Finally Remy. Few minutes, 3rd choice for Jose (I assume Drogba had a knock) but put him up top, give him a chance or half chance and most of the time it is on target. He buys a ticket and often it seems to be a winner. It is a shame that it looks unlikely his Chelsea career will go much further than it is.

Well done lads on grinding out the points. Championship sides always do that.

dont get me wrong, I hate when him and any other if our players do it. I just find it odd that the refs seemed ready to ignore fouls on him almost from day one, he's even had 2 yellows for dives which weren't dives.

No offence mate, but did you watch that first half?

Yes we got the result but we absolutely bottled the first-half and that's a trend for us recently.

It's the same things every week and that's what is frustrating people.

Hmm, do we go with a midfield of Mikel and Ramires against QPR and possibly stoke to avoid that possibility?

I agree but here the thing about context, trophy in the cabinet and top of the league by 6 points with a game in hand ( or had 2-2 been the final score, 4 points with a game in hand).

Moan about that if you like, I'll refer back to my point about being spoiled. We've been massively entertained at times this season and if reffing wasn't inept we'd be further ahead. I think we owe the team a little encouragement for the rest of the season regardless of form, and believe it or not sometimes that little encouragement is the difference in results.

Edit: time and place. I'd much rather the negativity here than in the stadium but I still fail to understand the destitute nature of some of fellow supporters

Nothing? Other than have all the time and space for a free shot which courtois did well to save, which then set of a mad scramble meaning courtois had to then make 2 more superb save's from. Yeah, nothing at all.....

He was pushing up to play him offside but got it just wrong. It was a mistake yes, but other than that I though Luis had a pretty good game, and if we're going by this game, him and Azpi deserve to start against Stoke.

I just think people too easily resort to calling people sh*te and plastic and all that bollocks.

If you're going to do that then you better be the loudest f**king voice in the Shed.

Great post.

Well we started the game in the fashion we did most of the first phase of the season, but after 15mins Hull players came back to life and were fully energetic. they controlled the game well and should have scored more given the chances they created.

And both the goals conceded we individual mistakes imo, Ivanovic and Courtois..

In the second half we looked better but still wasn't that great. Thanks to Courtois and Remy we won the game,

Last and not the least, the International Break couldn't have come at a better time imo, we're struggling clearly, our player need break. And now they've got it. We'll be better when we return. Hopefully. #FingersCrossed. #KTBFFH.

not that time, he got drawn inside as he had done a few times, elmohamady came from deeper into space. I don't like digging him out as I want him in the team, like you I want him and azpi as fullbacks. I just thought defensively he was all over the place at times, he lost his man for their first goal also. Who was elmohamady, the player that did f**k all according to blue daze. Strange.

Yeah unfortunately I did see us get battered and it was horrible viewing, but this isn't like the last two games where we were overrun and got a bad result, we've managed to win despite not playing at our best which is a change from recent weeks, you can see how much it meant to the players at the end and to know that they've managed to get a very difficult three points will be great for their confidence, I highly doubt it will happen again

Hmm, do we go with a midfield of Mikel and Ramires against QPR and possibly stoke to avoid that possibility?

Mikel is still injured, for all the sh*te he regularly gets thrown at him, we have probably missed his brief cameos in the last few weeks. Just the two weeks to get through till the amnesty, if I was a betting man I'd guess that one of them will come away with a booking against those two opponents.

He could've been better for his goal but he had a great game overall.

Hopefully he gets a run in the team so you can cheer him on though. ::ChELSeAFaN::

My god did we make a meal of that. Almost threw away a 2-0 lead to hull!! I dont want to be too negative but we need to be so much more direct on our attacks, i.e running at them at pace, shooting more often etc. Its so often when we have a chance to break away and have a crack and we revert to slowing down knocking it about a bit. Then all of a sudden all 11 of there players are behind the ball and our defence have the ball on the half way line. We should be ripping teams like hull to pieces on the break not wasting our posession.

I just think people too easily resort to calling people sh*te and plastic and all that bollocks.

I don't call plastic or anything. This was mainly in reference to someone who posted that this forum apparently has a guide on how to be a proper fan.

This forum doesnt.... but sports in general does have a guide on how to be a good fan and how to be a crap fan.
