Bottom line is the manager picks the team, and use's them to their strengths. If Matic has problems in this area, then he should either be given emphasis on this weakness in training, or be given a role which keeps him away from these situations?.

So it's just a coincidence that the poor form started after Mourinho got rid of her?

 No but maybe instead of focusing on the object, you should focus on the subject.. Jose wrongly blamed his medical staffs in public, ridiculed them in the press then to the point of removing them from their post and still no apology offered.. That  is 1 big stink arrogrant attitude problem and in a sense of a club that is based on togetherness, there is no room for that kind of tyrant attitude.. 

This squad won the league at a canter only 4 months ago. We have the players to freshen it up like loftus cheek, baba and pedro but they aren't being played.

3 players , we had luize and Louis and Mata and DeBruyne  and Lukaku. Joses didnt like at least 4 of those !!

Hate, and I mean hate when people on this forum complain over how we won the league last year. If you lift that trophy at the end of the season you are the best team in the league, whether you win it by goal difference or lead from day one like we did. We didn't get a challenge last season because we were off with a bang, right from the start, giving absolutely no one a chance to catch us. Before the title was confirmed, we only lost two games which truly is an outstanding achievement and I honestly don't think it's recognised enough how good it actually is. We won it because of how good we were, not because of how bad others were.

But now all that has changed, and the other teams are all above average, while we're terrible. Whether it's the managers fault or the players fault, we now have 2 weeks until the next game where everyone at this club need to get their heads clear and give us something to cheer about

Entire team to a man was abysmal today, especially Cahill who i don't think won a single header against their attackers.

Same old story, too many tourists, so there's nearly zero passion, just a bunch of disgruntled tourists booing the team off at the end (rightly), but because the game has spoilt their trip. The Bridge should be loud and passionate at the moment, but I hardly heard our fans, it's very upsetting. Fair play to the ones who who actually went there with passion.

Couldn't agree more. It was admirable hearing a few singing at the end but sadly they had left it all too late, must be bloody dreadful being a Chelsea player when all you can hear is the opposition fans slagging off your home support. The atmosphere at the bridge can be excellent, especially during the big games but too often it is flat and uninspiring. It confuses me because singing is something I really look forward to at the game, guess not everyone is the same

Whats happend to Fabregas, Matic, Ivan, Costa, Hazard since that short time ago. All that reallymakes sense is that they were not 100% fit and the start of the season, now because of the losses they are lacking confidence as well. The only light in the dark this season was the Arse win , not thanks to skill though but sheer aggression of Diego but weve paid for that with the ban. He's the only one who's prepared to fight our way out of the poor form !!

Yes we have an issue with tourists. But this is not new news. But rather than blame them and starting cockfights about being true diehard supporters I wish some of that energy would go into supporting the team vocally from the 'old school'.

Another shocking performance, I literally don't know what to say. I hope Jose sticks to his word and plays some of the young lads they can't do any worse than the sh*t we are playing at the moment.

That something going on behind the scenes maybe coming from Jose'. Not getting Stones didnt help as I think he knows JT is coming to an end. I think allowing Cech to leave was a mistake as well especially to f******ing Arse. But the big boo boo for me is Falcao. He is a donkey and has even proved as much at Manure. Was he Jose's choice, maybe not as we initialy wanted him 3 years ago.

Chris Sutton would be better than Falcao. Just hope payoff for taking the useless but from Jorge Mendes is something special.
