linked again yesterday, according to alfredo pedulla (fairly reliable when it comes to italian clubs)

ofc main concern is the nightmare injury season he just had, watched him yesterday, looked really great against juve, manhandled dybala like he was nothing

would be happy if we got him, might be our plan z before entering the djolibadgers limbo area

Good defender, he's not as good as Koulibaly or Romagnoli in my opinion but he'd definitely be an upgrade at a fraction of the price, hopefully we can pull it off.

Hell no! He isn't included in the Dutch squad because he still feels pain in his knee, we need to stay far away. He isn't an upgrade on what we have, and no one has an idea how Zouma will get on after his injury.

Yet to be fully convinced by Zouma. Hope he turns out great.

Interesting point of view. What are your reservations about Zouma?

#CFC have offered €22m+€3m in bonuses for Dutch defender De Vrij. #Lazio have set an asking price of €40m (Il Tempo)

they're taking a piss at us, can't really blame them tho we have brought this to ourselves

if i were marina i would just go back to koulibaly and pay the 60m, yes we overpaid by a lot but at least conte got the man he wanted in the first place, rather than gamble on a injury prone plan c

I am also yet to be fully convinced by Zouma too.

I don't know about ozboy but for me he losses his man often when the ball is in the air, he also tends to misjudge the flight of the ball which is why he picked up his knee injury in the first place. I would still definitely have have him in the first 11 though, his positives outweigh the negatives. He's also only 21, so surely he's only going to improve.

Fair points, I too would argue he is only 21, physically means develops way before tactical and technical ability. For me he's the best defender we have, I guess that is partly based on his projected ability. Time will tell if the injury has taken anything away from him. I personally believe he has the means to become world class if he came back at same level he left.
