Liverpool and spurs both made large changes to their teams. I expect Oscar, rlc, batman, aina, chalobah to play maybe Willian.

If rlc would defend he and chalobah would be a useful midfield.

I'd like to give the back three a rest but Terry is the only fit alternative.

Never underestimate your opponent, it's away, it's in a new stadium for us, it's against an extremely unlinked local rival, they will definitely go all out on us and it's a god damn unpredictable cup game. I'm hoping we will play a strong team and just about win in 90 mins. Alonso header from a corner or a Matic shot refelected off Collins beard. 0-1 to Chelsea. 

I think Conte will want to do well in this comp and with that in mind I don't think there will be the wholesale changes predicted . It's not as if player need the rest at the moment

id like to see Chalaboh in for one of the two in the middle and batman for Diego but the fact Diego didn't get a tactical booking Saturday and that he came off early makes me think Conte wants to start with Costa tonight.

strong bench Incase he needs to grind out a win, we don't really need to rest that many players as no Europe I think conte just likes looking at options and making the squad competitive rather than resting them, I like that far more than joses irreplaceable 11where they don't have to compete for their places

confirmation there that conte's not happy with loftus cheek after veiled references in the pre match conference IMO.

What has happened to Mikel?

Lineup looks spot on. Terry fits into the back 3, and we can see alternatives for the wing back roles. Chalobah has earned his start, and the front trio all need minutes.

Gutted this isn't televised, fancy this to be a really good game.
