Bournemouth Vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 28 Oct 2017 KO 17:30 GMT

Well that was a strange match. I'm not too sure whether we were really good or Bournemouth were God damned awful. I think it was a combination of the two. They only mustered a shot on target right at the end of that match. Roma will be a much tougher nut to crack. Our one touch football was excellent at times but the end product wasn't there. We should have won 4-0. Morata is still not sharp enough after that injury. I just hope Kante is fit for the Roma game. Man Utd next in the Premiership. Mouriho will want to destroy us. If Kante is fit then he couldn't come back at a more opportune time. Another 3 points and we are still 4th which isn't bad seeing  the suspensions and injuries we have had. Conte needs to pull one out of the hat for the Roma game or we will get taken to the cleaners.

I don't understand the Chelsea fan who say "It was a poor game" or another like that, already this game was better than last year against Bournemouth, we win this game in a difficult period, in first half normally we score 2 goals without a big Begovic... Win at Bournemouth isn't easy, look Manchester City who won to 97min.... The most important is the 3points. 3 wins in a row it's perfect in this period.

I remind that we alway play with Fabregas-Bakayoko in middle, and everybody know that it's incompatible. Kante goes soon back. We have more option, with Drinkwater.

Morata gradually grew into the game. He never scored but at least he was constantly getting into positions to score. The turn he done in the first half away from the Bournemouth defender was a fantastic piece of skill. He then produced good awareness and strength later to set up the goal. Really, he could of had a hattrick yesterday but shooting boots were off. However I would say he is sharp judging by that, just needs to be more accurate with his shooting.

That may all be true and still be a poor match.

Yes a good three points considering that we have midfield players injured and others not at their best due to coming back from injury.

I thought Morata did ok, arguably should have scored and Begovic made a good save, still he was aware enough to set up Hazard. I just think if this had been Costa on a bad day we would have been talking about him just getting a yellow an not a red.

Pundits talking about the understanding Pedro, Hazard and Morata starting to develop which augurs well for the future and we are staying within the coat tails of the leaders.

Great to see Hazard back to his best, loved the way he planted the ball in the net.

I thought it was a decent performance that should've been more comfortable.

Alonso offered absolutely nothing. I know we missed out on Sandro, but we really could've done with bringing in some decent competition for him. Kolasinac has done well so far for arsenal, and sure we could've brought in a similar level of player.

Big week coming up now, 2 wins and we can go into the international break looking pretty comfortable. 2 defeats and we will have more 'imminent apocalypse' stories being banded about.

A draw in rome, and win against United would be fantastic.

I only catch glimpses due to only watching MOTD these days, yet noticed how late on after Baka won the ball in the middle of the park Alonso sprinted down the pitch setting up a late chance.

I have a theory Alonso only goes forward when he has midfield cover and with just Fab & Baka think that would've restricted his forward forays.
