September 5, 20178 yr What is everyone's opinion of Can? potential free transfer next summer, United and Juve also sniffing around..... http://readchelsea.com/2017/09/05/chelsea-interested-in-can-with-liverpool-contract-talks-stalling/ Edited September 5, 20178 yr by Carefree_OBrien
September 5, 20178 yr Not a bad signing. But we are pretty well stocked in midfield and he wouldn't improve us in my view. Next key player to replace in midfield is probably Fabregas and he isn't that type of player.
September 5, 20178 yr Would take him on a free. Pretty limited player but would be good for squad depths and suit the role more.
September 5, 20178 yr I don't really know enough about him to make an informed decision other than at his age he should be looking for a club that will be playing him week in week out and I can't imagine we'd offer than.
September 5, 20178 yr Take a punt only if we start going for 3 man midfields. If not, we should be looking into Fabregas's future replacement as I don't see Drinkwater as creative as Fabregas.
September 6, 20178 yr A friend of mine once told me that he is the new Yaya Toure. I was like... wtf. This lad is very, very bad. We should try to add some quality. What the heck is this. Drinkwater is way better than him.
September 6, 20178 yr would prefer van ginkel or loftus-cheek. i don't think there's any liverpool i would take tbh, except maybe sane.

September 6, 20178 yr Not for me, offers very little. And my biggest indictment of him is that he somehow manages to look average when lining up alongside Jordan Henderson who is just a terrible, terrible player.
September 7, 20178 yr Liverpool rarely have good CMs, what we should be looking is to see who their targets are for forwards. Liverpool have a good track record in terms of finding forwards since Suarez.
