Spurs were their for the taking against us and United are doing what we didn't but they have the strikers to finish

 

Utd was 11 points behind at one point. Would be a bit embarrassing if they finished 4th but with all that attacking talent they could well do it.

Could happen as I don't think Spurs have the squad for 4 competitions and probably won't sign anyone.

Thats beacuse OGS has seen where their weakness and strenghts lie......plus he plays fast direct footy, thats how they goal came. Playing fast, making runs is a sure tactic in epl especially when you have good forwards......we would rather pass 5meters side ways than go for the kill. The set-up we use is nowhere near utilizing our players to the max........maybe someday it will, but def not atm.

Hopefully spuds will lose ! We currently are 6 points clear off le arse and manure. And if spuds lose, we would only be 1 point behind them for 3rd place ! So that spuds will be left to fight for 4th vs le arse and manure whereas Chelsea will be fighting for the podium ... and more !!

I think it helps that United play with wide forwards, I think that's the main difference between us and United. Willian/Hazard always want the ball in front of the oppo's defence, Martial/Rashford are happy to run behind the oppo's defence to stretch the play. It also helps that Pogba's goal/assist contribution this season is more than Barkley/Kante/Kovacic combined (0.67 v 0.51).
