Yes, it has been an incredible journey for the 'Gers. Not only did the lower league clubs benefit from the money from the 'Gers away support, the 'Gers fans were also welcomed by the supporters of clubs in lower divisions. I would love it if the 'Gers won the league won this year. The party would be wonderful and much drink would flow. I'd head up to Glasgow for that and then head to Larkhall which is probably the most fervent Rangers supporting town in the U.K. Here's to beating St. Johnstone today. Londonisblue and strider6004 2
Boyne Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Left if late but a much needed win. Two great goals by Morelos. Two tricky home games coming up and hopefully today's win will give them loads of confidence. Londonisblue 1

Boyne Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Some great players pictured here. Trying to narrow it down to the best 11 would be tricky but I'd have to include Baxter, Cooper and Greig for starters. Scott 1

Disappointing that Rangers conceded a later goal. I'll settle for a 1-0 win against Septic on Saturday. Here's a clip of the late, great Jock Wallace in a post match interview. Class.
Boyne Posted December 28, 2018 Posted December 28, 2018 (edited) Just watched this to get me in the mood for tomorrow's game. Some great goals and players from years gone by. My favourites have to be Doddie's flying header, the thunderbolt (or to be more accurate, a tap-in) by Jaws in the 1973 Scottish Cup Final and God's goal after playing keepy-uppy in the penalty box and beating a load of Celtic players. Boyne Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 A great result. The players were brilliant and worked so hard. Tempo was superb and the result was thoroughly deserved. Celtic were lucky to lose only 1-0. The 'Gers should have scored more if it hadn't been for Gordon. Am so proud of the way of the players and the way they performed. More of that for the rest of the season. @Larky Blue Is Curly's rocking? It will be a great night in Larkhall. WATP Londonisblue and carrickblue 2
dkw Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 Superb win, fully deserved as the gers totally dominated the game. Londonisblue, carrickblue and Boyne 3

carrickblue Posted December 30, 2018 Author Posted December 30, 2018 couldn't post on this yesterday - so happy. A really great performance and the right result. The fact that the goal went through Scott Brown's legs makes it even better Boyne and Londonisblue 2

carrickblue Posted January 4, 2019 Author Posted January 4, 2019 can't decide what I think of Defoe but bringing in Steven Davis is a good move, he's a quality player. Gerrard's worked out that a few Ulstermen in the team will do no harm at all. WATP Boyne 1
Boyne Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 @carrickblueDefoe's move is interesting. It will be interesting to see how many games he plays. Perhaps he'll come on after defences have tired? In addition to him and Davis it looks like Jones and Kamara have signed. Many more to come? Chris Sutton has been having a rant about Morelos not being charged. Conveniently forgetting the stuff Scott Brown gets away with. Celtic getting worried? Let's hope so. WATP
Chelsbear Posted January 6, 2019 Posted January 6, 2019 Defoe is a great signing because if you watch us you will know scoring is a bit of an issue when Morelos isn’t playing or is having an off day. Defoe would get goals for Rangers because of the sheer amount of chances created against the teams in Scotland. Davis not so keen on as he’s not played much football, his engine isn’t what it was and the way he left Rangers as captain in the first place was shocking. It’s only a 6 month loan though. Kamara and Jones interesting, more squad fillers than anything else currently as Kent is miles ahead of Jones and the central midfield is stacked with Dorrans, McCrorie, Rossiter, Arfield, Coulabaly (who’s loan will be up by summer)and Jack. Still looking for that no 10 creative player which is sorely missing but plenty of time let to get that sorted.
