I wouldn't rule it out, seeing as he already agreed a loan out there last season. Sadly curtailed due to that bad knee injury, but he did score a couple of goals in his 9 appearances so there may well be another Turkish club prepared to take a punt on him on the basis of that ...

Watch him come back which he is and sold to a Saudi / Turkish club in the next few days.

If that doesn’t happen then unless there are plans for him to be in the squad, which I doubt, then there was no point recalling him
