October 26, 20232 yr Attitude issues it seems. Should only be upset at himself for prodcuing virtually nothing for Berlin. Quote David Datro Fofana has now been suspended for one week by Union Berlin after he refused to shake hands with the head coach Fischer after Napoli game, reports @L_deRuiter. Fofana joined Union Berlin on loan from Chelsea in July. pic.twitter.com/M8ILNxt51u — Fabrizio Romano (@FabrizioRomano) October 26, 2023
November 9, 20232 yr Think he scored in the champions league overnight and quite a good goal if what I heard was correct

Even managed it v Spurs from close range following his three tap-ins. It has to be in his head, he just doesn't react and think quickly enough. Ditto his lamentable header.

December 13, 20232 yr Union Berlin is in the Champions league , so not surprisingly a sub player from us is not good enough for them. Maybe another loan at a Championship club, think a striker be easier to accommodate than a midfielder that's focused on passing and possession controlling. He may still give Jackson and Broja a run for the striker position, if we don't sign another striker.

If Broja and Jackson can't supply the industry and goals needed, why waste 70 million in January on someone new. He could be the tonic for the new year.
December 14, 20232 yr 0 goals and 0 assists in the high flying chaos that is the Bundesliga? I'll pass. Needs to do more and by all accounts seems he has an attitude issue.

We apparently will need two overseas loan spots freed up so Maatsen can go to Dortmund and Chalobah to Bayern, on loan to buy deals. This would be one spot freed up. Webster might be the second.

January 5, 20242 yr Looked really poor when he played for Chelsea. Don’t know what they saw in him or how many people watched him but he isn’t good enough
January 5, 20242 yr I suspect we will look to offload him permanently rather than continual loans. With the new restrictions on loans we can only send so many players out on loan to European clubs.

January 5, 20242 yr We could be wrong here. It may not be another loan for either DD Fofana or Santos, may is a case of Pochettino wanting a striker and a midfielder and the board going "here you go".
January 11, 20242 yr Apparently his proposed loan deal to La Liga is off! I guess the president of Sevilla sobered up.
January 11, 20242 yr Now Burnley want him apparently. No details whether it's a loan or permanent. Based on what I've seen I'd snatch their hand off for £10m-£15m

Up until they spend £80m on that Gyokeres bloke anyway ...
