We did the same thing to Anelka and Alex under Villas-Boas. (And we can never forget Bogarde). Also, these dickheads are so inept, that regardless of how they try to style it out, one can't assume that any consequence they have brought upon themselves is intentional. But one would hope, given their position and the single 'talent' you need to get there (in addition to being amoral), that they would on a really, really fundamental level, understand supply and demand.

All throughout his Chelsea career he has been highly regarded by the club (sporting directors). He had maybe half a dozen appearances early on when he looked like a good prospect but I’ve seen nothing since then.Let’s be serious though. Even if Bayern sign him and he does really well there I think you’d struggle to find a Chelsea fan who would ever want him back.
