So if he can pass the ball we're improving.

Take those drugs away, add in two years of no competitive football and his genuine lack of ability for the game and folk are calling him the next messiah? He should have been sacked and no longer represent us.

And for what it matters, Neto even appears to be of better character.

April 6Apr 6 Hoping fofana takes him for a drive with doors unlocked and in his "others dope me" induced haze, does a George Michle and falls out of the moving car - we could claim the insurance money then. We'll see how far the club have sunk under the new owners.. We know what Roman did to Mutu. Edited April 6Apr 6 by bluelightening
April 6Apr 6 Such a shame to see a player be thrown under the bus like this. Excited for his return so we no longer have to watch the likes of Neto.

He has been found guilty of being a junky and2. He is not any good at football. RECAP of the FACTS: Mud cost Chelsea an exorbitant $109 million (£88.5 million) fee, hasn’t played a competitive game of football since November 2024 after being suspended for taking the banned substance meldonium. Mud has a contract until 2031. There may be a mutual agreement to terminate his contract soon.

Mudryk continues to earn a healthy wage from the club while he has been banned from playing for well over a year now. We still don't know for sure when he will be permitted to play again but at best he was raw when he was playing and I don't think he was ever going to develop into the player that we thought we were getting. I suspect he is already marked as an expensive loss.

If we were not paying his salary I don't think he would be contractually obliged to stay with the club would he?

Unclear whether he has been paid but I expect he has been pending the result. Various options open to the club including terminating his contract. We'll have to wait and see.
April 14Apr 14 I don’t understand why if it’s true they are paying his wages. It’s possible to keep him under contract while suspending him without pay until he serves his ban. What would be crazy would be paying his wages while he’s banned and then terminating his contract now the ban is ending.

What if he had been cleared?
April 14Apr 14 Given h is innocent until proven guilty, yes, the club would pay wages unless there was a clause in his contract for being a drugs cheat. NVER WANT TO SEE THIS MAN IN A CHELSEA SHIRT AGAIN... I dont care if Neto and nacho are the alternatives, I've gone full capslock...
