What are my fellows blues predicted and hoped for draws? Let's see who gets closest or 100% bang on.

I could definitely see us drawing City if we're the only two Prem teams left. UEFA doesn't like one league dominating so I can see them trying to weed out the English teams. 

 

Most likely a Milan derby as well.

as a neutral fan I would like to see a city x bayern

from a chelsea fan point of view, I hope we plat against Inter/Milan or Benfica and avoid bayern and city

About Real I think we can beat them. They are sh*t this season I think that the won against Liverpool is overhyped..

Man City vs Bayern would be nice, to ensure one of the top two bookies favourites is dumped at at the QF stage.

Then I'll have Napoli (assuming they get past Frankfurt) against Real Madrid (assuming Klopp doesn't get his 1% chance), with the winner playing either City or Bayern.

Don't mind who we get out of the two Milan sides or Benfica. On paper we should get past all of those.

Then we can have the Final vs City or Bayern ; it will be great to beat either of them in a second final 🙂

Well @cocohas them knocked out in the QF so that would not be an issue. No easy draws now, but Bayern and City present the two largest obstacles imo.

My strongest draw to a tie is Milan vs Benfica. For whatever reason o really think that one will happen.

Less of a draw to it but there seems a degree of inevitably we get City so we can play them 6 times in the season.

History burden in UCL is real, we ended up on the other end of it before 2012 (genuinely believe if we had one in the bag already the old guard would have won 2 between 04-10 possibly 3). It's also quite evidently getting under Pep's skin that he hasn't yet done it with City which will add further to the pressure.

How many permutations are their for a QF draw ? I'm no mathematician maybe someone else is ? Is it 7x6x5x4x3x2=5'040 ?

see the historic of this type of draw and I believe that is uefa interest getting teams like bayern, real and city in the semi-finals to make money so I believe that they don't face each other in this campaign

I believe that bayern real and City will not face each other and we will face one of them

They already pulled our pants down 3 times this season, over two legs I don't see us making it past them. In the final it may prove a psychological block but over two legs, nah don't see it

It's hard to see us beating them, but it is possible.

Since we beat them in the CL final weve played them 5 times with 3 away (2 Tuchel, 3 Potter) and not scored a goal 1-0 1-0 2-0 1-0 4-0. 

But we didnt have our wing backs for Potters 3 games against City.

With our wingbacks its a different match, we have only conceded one goal more than them in the league.

I wouldn't say they pulled our pants down in 2 of the 3 games, both the first two games on balance we deserved a draw despite being weakened all three times, this time we will (hopefully) have Enzo, Kante, James, Chilwell etc playing.

As expected bot Napoli and Real book their places in the last 8.
