August 8, 20231 yr No need to change something that's working, a bit of lottery and drama. Saw those penalties in the WWC, amazed how many of them tried the perfect penalties, when a shot just on target would have beaten most GKs

NHL (Ice Hockey) does that effectively in their playoffs and it seems fairer. Some games can go on for a while but there is an incentive for both teams to attack in that scenario.
