If Salah don't get you, Diaz does, or Jota, or even Nunez.

Imagine if Forest carry on this run and become the side closest to them, that would be something.

Outside of the three promoted clubs, Forest were the favourites for relegation back in August. Quite remarkable what they are doing !

So at the end of the day, the only constant in this league are City and Pep. Second time they have an off-season and the lague is done by December.

Fair play to them, they've been the best team in the league so far.

Didn't expect Slot to get the wheels moving so quickly, still, they'll definitely struggle to replace Salah when the time comes, and that will likely be at the end of the season given his age.

Very impressive the way Slot have transformed Salah & Van Dijk and by doing so catapulting them towards another league title. They both looked like they were over the top towards the end with Klopp but they both look to be back at their very best now.

Only way I see them dropping, is if they fell of physically like last couple of seasons around April because they barely rotate and are playing at such high tempos.

This time though, the buffer they have over anyone else will help immensily, unlike previous years.

Mind you, we'd have said the same about Manchester City a few weeks ago.  All it takes is some injuries to the key players ...

Dont worry Martin ‘monkey face’ Keown still thinks they will blow up…🤭

As intense as Klopp's Liverpool was to play against, it was also hard for them to keep that up season after season. The older their players got, the more difficult it became. Salah is 32 and Van Dijk is 33, the change in tactics has been perfect for them.

Amazing how much Klopp was holding the Scouse back when you look at it, the worry is as well they’ve got a better GK than Alisson coming in next season with Mamadashville so are going to be even harder to get past.

Slott Legacy incoming.

Would help if Alexander-Arnold, Van Dijk and Salah all left on a free transfer 😆

I feel like Van Dijk is certain to stay though. Salah is 50/50 for me. Alexander-Arnold is the only one I think will leave.

Just watched MOTD some bird introducing it, at the end they showed brief highlights of Arsenal beating Ipswich, when that finished she said “the shine was taken off that win though, as Saka was injured in the first half and tore his hamstring and will be out for 2 months”….er that was in the previous match against Palace, and thats why women shouldnt be anywhere near mens football

Nuno's a very good manager. Proved it at Wolves and has taken it up a notch. On a hiding to nothing at Spurs.

We’ve seen this before. At some point the football will get stale and the players will be less enthusiastic about playing this way.

His football isn’t sustainable.

Liverpool without salah will be a non entity. He's been a machine for years for them. Dont rate Sloth as a manager, why would anyone hire a cast member from the goonies.

There are some murmurs that Liverpool's directors don't want to offer what Salah is demanding. Despite Salah arguably having his best season ever, he is in his 30's and the drop off can be unexpected. Just look at KDB. He'd be the face of the Saudi league and they'd arguably offer him likely 1 mill a week.

I'd expect ownership to get involved as they are genuinely on the verge of losing their 3 best players (VVD, Salah, TAA).

Salah always starts well and then his performances drop off a cliff in the second half of the season. He'll still grab goals now and then cause he's quality but there's only so long you can rely on pure talent to bail you out.

I understand why they are hesitant to offer big wages.
