Righteo - For those following on the Jackson thread, I have proposed a little side game to bump up @Mod retirement fund/shed end piss up pot. There are now two new avenues of revenue for the forum.

1)

Starting from 28th September - running until the last game of the season - Every time Wacko scores a game changing goal, I will donate £10 to theshedend.  This covers EPL games only.

For clarity, 'game changing' means a) an opening goal b) a winning goal c) a goal that moves us to 2 in front (i.e the 2nd goal to take us 2v0 ahead) d) an equaliser  e) any goal in a drawn game (not own goals).   It does not include 'fluff' goals (i.e goal 5 in a 5v0 win).  Exceptions will be made for hatricks (i.e in a 3v0 win, the third goal would not usually count....but in the highly unlikely instance that Wacko scored a hatrick - then I will graciously include it....

2)

The second new revenue stream is from the 'Pro Jackson / NNNJ Traitors' camp . This currently consists of @Simplymo and @Valerie . Anyone else wishing to join this motely crue to split the burden will be welcomed. Just reply to this thread and tag yourself.

Starting from 28th September, running until the last game of the season - Every time the wacko one does something stupid, this camp will donate £1 to the forum.

Something stupid includes (but is not limited to): Misses an easy chance (Open to debate, but with me getting final say on what is easy), gets caughts offside, gets a booking for arguing/dissent/kicking the ball away/unsporting behaviour/stupidity etc), performing under his Xg, arguing with teammates about taking a penalty, has something negative in the press about him - such as begging a tart for titty pics.  This is also limited to EPL games only.

We will update after every game..... and keep a running tally. Payable after the last game of the season, or of a time of @Modchoosing.

If wacko scores half of the huge number of chances we create for him - I could be a poor man..... But he won't....because he is rubbish!

Running Tally

Camp NoNotNowJim :  £0

Camp blindly optimistic: £2 (for missing an open goal, and performing under his Xg)

While I applaud any effort to remunerate Mr. Mod as a most excellent endeavor, for me betting on the failure of any CFC player is a no go for me.

I do wonder why this is so personal to you.

There’s no bet - it is win win for the forum. He does well, then he costs me a fortune and the shed end wins.

He does badly - then the shed end gets a boost to the coffers to help console.

Also - it wasn’t me who initially suggested making it interesting - something about putting money where my mouth is. So I am game….

I object to being Camp Blindly Optimistic, I want to be Camp You Never Know.

This will be fun to follow throughout the season. Nice one to the 3 of you for doing this 👌

Good thing for Jim this started now as he would already be down 10 for Palace, 10 for Wolves and 20 for West ham.

I get the impression Jim does not think he will end up paying anything though lol.

I'm up for this but dude...the bold bits.

Kane, haaland, and pretty much anyone working off the shoulders of defenders will get caught offside (palmer and noni vs Brighton too). I wouldn't call this doing something stupid...they have to play on that fine line between offside and onside.

And what has his personal life got to do with it...lol

until now I still don't know anything personal about him apart from things related to football.

Apart from those 2 points...I'm still up for it. I'll even give you the personal life stuff although you will have to update me on what's being said on the smutty websites, you and your lifetime membership to porn hub. Lol

Seriously...where do you read about his personal life. I'm really curious now. 🤣

Ok - done - we will take away the offsides, and keep the stupid personal life tabloid smut 😄

I finally googled this Astrid woman and jacko. How come she didn't show his face?

I couldn't be arsed to read it all though...did he admit to it?

And seriously...he couldn't find anyone better?

It all adds up to the naive muppet from a small town though. I'm surprised London hasn't destroyed or eaten him up yet.

I'm telling you again...your love for him will be studied.

I have only a faint idea what this is about, but I know enough to advise you to delete your searches @Simplymo

FYI I’m only one there because they’re trying to branch out in to comedy and Stuart Laws, one of my favourites, is one of the figureheads of it.

His nudes are terrible though. Forgets to take his kit off.

Fun idea but not sure you can include:

- miss an easy chance. This is subjective.

- gets caught offside, he's a striker this will always happen.

- under performing xG, this can be down to amazing goalkeeping. Once again kind of out of his control.

if you're including the above, should you not also be paying money for every assist he gets? He underperformed his xG against Brighton but got an assist for Palmer.

You up for joining and chipping in? If so - we can talk....
