Is Isak still in down tools mode?

Bloke f**ked his season. He would have still got his move, but because he tried to force it by not turning up for training and missing out on any pre-season, he's now playing catch up and will likely struggle to get back to himself until next year.

Not often I cheer a Man Utd win but I was willing them on today.

Great to see the dippers in such a bad run of form. Time is catching up with VVD and Salah looks a shadow of the player he was. And their squad is a great example of having just too many options attack wise.

Honestly think if we hadn't had to play the CWC and we had no injuries with Palmer, Colwill, Delap etc all fully fit and available, we would have had a chance of winning the PL this season.

Their run of results puts our much needed win over them into context.

Some would make an argument that Maresca still has to coach us to a win over a top EPL team.

Let's see him do it in either game vs Arsenal. Go on Maresca make yourself undeniable.

I’ll have to count on City to stop LesArses from winning the PL.

Need them to lose several defenders for the long term, Gabriel being the most important one.

Season is long and Palmer and Delap will probably be back at around the same time next month. Lavia and James look healthy and there is a decent run of fixtures coming up in which Maresca can manage the minutes of some important players. Ajax and Qarabag in the UCL are matches in which the bench players can easily get the job done and in the PL we have Sunderland, Spurs, Wolves and Burnley before we play Arsenal. I say all four matches completely winnable, Spurs are nothing special and they also play three consecutive matches away at Monaco, Everton and Newcastle in the span of only 7 days before we visit them just a few days later.

Not sure that Kerkez is going to make the grade there either.

Lack of due diligence. As Bournemouth fans point out, his strength wasn't actual defence. He was dodgy, in fact. His strength was rampaging forward, a cog in the manager's machine. Now, VVD, who is fading anyway, doesn't trust him. I suspect we'll see Robertson back for some stability. But he's fading too.

Quite likely but I think there could be another issue. Isak profited from Newcastle's rapid counter-attacking. Not Liverpool's go, certainly currently. He could have some adjusting to do.

There is no doubt in my mind that La Liga is corrupt. If Barcelona or Real Madrid are struggling, the refs will help them.

In the history of the sport, this has never been a red card. In a time where VAR is available, situations like this should never happen, but it did.

Corrupt officiating.

Saw some of the game last night and boy West Ham looked bad.

No more they deserve with Sullivan & Brady at the helm. Bet the supporters wish they hadn't been so vocal in replacing Moyes. Funny that their one win this season was over a team who were also poor but they have subsequently appointed that Manager! Don't think Nuno is up to the job and look dead certs for relegation.

Yes they looked dreadful and look like they are heading for relegation, i wonder can we flog them or loan them any players in January?

In the days of Trevor Brooking we used to refer to it as " back flicks and sweet sherry"😂 nothing more.

Dastan Satpaev is due to join us in the summer, starts up front for Kairat Almaty v Pafos at 5.45pm. He was only 16 when this competition started.

Hes lively and likes a shot, but understandably struggled against Real Madrid last time out. Good Luck to him tonight 🤞

David Luis starts for Pafos 😎
