Well said. That is why the policy is dumb but the board can’t see that. You can’t develop 10 players at the same time. You also don’t sit them on the bench, and blame them for looking poor without constant game time. You just keep putting them out there, and hope they improve.

How times have changed. Id be surprised if we scored, let along get a point.

The lineup is just dumb; if you are playing a back 3/ back 5, you don’t need Lavia and Caicedo in the pivot. You drop Enzo deeper, and get an attacking player in the front line. That bench again has 3 CBs yet again which is unnecessary. Josh & 1 of Tosin/Sarr is enough considering you already have 5 Def on the pitch. He will blame injuries but we are better off with a Kavuma-McQueen/Eboue as an attacking option off the bench.

8 of the Chelsea starting 11 have been sent off this season. What a stat! 😂
