August 27Aug 27 That makes both the Palace and Bournemouth coaches to have catagorically stated their player will not be sold this window. Scott and Wharton off the table, and there is 0 chance Arsenal sell us Zubimendi. That combined with still no city offer adds more weight to Enzo likely to stay.

Starting the season with only Anderson and a teenager is not going to end well. I say screw them to there self inflicted disaster.

Maybe we will go back in for Wharton or Scott then.
Saturday at 12:092 days I know the transfer window is closed but this is the one to get. Stuff that weakling Wharton

Saturday at 13:422 days I doubt Bournemouth change their stance on him in January, few clubs do unless the player is in his last 6 months. Would take an offer larger than the Tonali fee to make them consider it, and we are not looking to pay that much, unless Bournemouth pay it back for one of our players I. E. What Villa did with Jackson. Now next summer when he has 12 months left on his current deal Bournemouth would have to change their position, but we'd also have a lot more competition.
Saturday at 15:161 day Honestly think Alonsos main two targets were Wharton and Scott, and he wants them both. Both their clubs made it clear neither of them was for sale.
Saturday at 18:251 day im not sold on Scott. Hes making all the headlines and think the hype is a little much. Hes certainly a good player, but he’s more Conor Gallagher to me than a midfield player that can take us to the next level. If we sign him I hope this doesn’t age well, but I think there better options will emerge. Ditch the PL premium, go find a strong player from a competitive league.

I do think his performances are getting a bit overhyped though. I would take him, but he's not doing anything so out of this world that makes me think he is this must buy midfielder. We could shop around Europe and find plenty of Alex Scott's.

He's been disappointing in the last two games, an important cog but not crucial to Bournemouth. Rogers, Rice, Anderson were clearly the best player in their team. He could have taken the game by the scruff of the neck against Newcastle, but really didn't.Wharton also hasn't had the greatest start to the season.
