And just right there you prove my point, if in doubt, gaslight, number 1 tactic. Everything else I said went way over your head. But sure, me and many others are racists, you keep believing that.

I have a feeling Arsenal will win this. I find this Spurs side very overrated, they keep scraping so many games and their defence gets let off the hook very often.
-
Timo Werner
I can't say I don't like the atmosphere and confidence people have on here, it's good to see. But I can't watch those sitters and not be concerned, it's because there have been so many in such a short sample of games. It seems to be a striker curse at Chelsea, we have a habit of signing forwards, particularly marquee signings who just can't finish their dinner.

Klopp has officially declared us favourites because we have a "bigger squad" as he put it. Almost as if he's making excuses for injuries yet again. But he's also trying to put pressure on this team, which is obvious and understandable.

Mason Mount
Would it kill you to give Frank some credit?

Your first mistake was watching that sh*t show in the first place.

Not every team is swarming with injuries. I'm just saying it's been an big issue for us for a while.

It's like saying that if you disagree with Antifa, you're a fascist, it's complete rubbish. Or because it's in the name, it must be true. Like North Korea must be a democracy because it's called the Democratic Republic of Korea. You can disagree with the ideology and movement for many reasons that are nothing to do with race and you and numerous others know it. But this is a pitiful attempt to gaslight.

Mourinho said this years ago when he was here, and he was dead right. They never get support from the mainstream football platforms because all they do is hire Liverpool and United pundits. There's no other represntation. So whenever those two teams are wronged, we get one hour segments on how it's a disgrace and things need to change.

Sky is just a stronghold for United and Liverpool. They have far too many Liverpool and United pundits on there.

Welcome Hakim Ziyech
f**king hamstring... He's going to be out for over a month lets face it. December we can officially write him off. Time for Callum to step it up, but please don't start with Mason on the wings again.
-
Kai Havertz
I think Havertz will take time to settle in. His worst performance that though for sure, but he did pick things up in the 2nd half.

Edouard Mendy to Chelsea!
I'm going to go Zouma for that one to be honest, I agree with Rob Green. Mendy hesitated but I feel as if he was right to, if he keeps running and gets to the ball that's still a 50/50 tackle with his feet, and if he misses that it's very likely a red.
-
Olivier Giroud to Chelsea
He's lethal on the front post, he just anticipates absolutely anything, he'll do the splits if it means he can get his toenail onto it. Whereas that's something Abraham has to improve in, especially in the air.
-
Timo Werner
That is true, Torres came here at a piss poor time when we lacked creativity. But even then, Torres wasn't getting himself in the best positions under Mourinho or Rafa (despite his Europa League form). Morata on the other hand, dreadful in front of goal. But those Timo misses are pretty similar, just that Werner gets on with it and picks himself up, he's got the pace to keep charging forward. To make a run like that in the 92nd... Unreal.

Welcome To Chelsea Thiago Silva *Official*
He's even better on the ball than David Luiz, some of his passing and moments where he just glided forward just oozed in class. Really kept frustrating their attackers, he made a few slick balls into Kante in the middle that set him going. I just love it when he's in the team, you really see the difference and levels of passing.

Super Frank Lampard
It's not so much just this season, if it was happening this season alone I wouldn't have an issue with it. But this was happening all last season aswell. Before this game it was the first time in a very long time we've had a fully fit team, and just like that one of our best players gets injured.
-
Timo Werner
But I just explained, even though he's not going into a big sulk like Morata and Torres did, that's a big difference. He's still trying and putting himself about. But I'm still concerned in how many chances he keeps missing, you could make a 5 minute compilation of them. I want him to prove me wrong don't get me wrong here, but I won't lie, his lack of finishing really concerns me.
-
Timo Werner
I'm hoping so, but I thought we signed him to fix this clear deffeciency we had last season. Last season we had the 2nd best chances created and possession, even above the title winners. It sounds like I'm being a moaning bastard because we are winning games but I don't want to jump on this Werner bandwagon as soon as results don't go our way. I would rather say flat out now that we have an issue with Werner's finishing while things are still going well. He's still a great attacking threat however, I'm getting strong Morata vibes on those sitters.
-
Super Frank Lampard
Leeds gave us a good game today, they are a good attacking threat. Credit to them for that, that first chance was just an exceptional ball, Mendy hesitated but I can't blame him that much, I think Zouma has to take reponsibility for his slow reactions. If Mendy had kept his run going and didn't get the ball, then it's likely a red card, and he 100% has to make a tackle with his feet because it's going to be a 50/50 out of the box. Either way, we are a good side at the moment, very impressed with Lampards setup. A big blow with Ziyech though, why can't we keep our team fit?
-
Timo Werner
He did have a good game in fairness but I can't let the misses slip. I really expected him to be more clinical. I mean they are Torres and Morata level misses, that's how scary it is. The only difference is, he isn't dropping his head and sulking for 90 minutes because of it. That's a blessing at least, but still, it's concerning to see.

Chelsea v Leeds (PL) Sat 5th Dec 2020 20:00 GMT
Whenever we conceded a corner last season it felt as though we had already given a goal away, at times I couldn't even watch the stream whenever we conceded one it was that bad. Complete opposite this season, not just defensively but offensively. A big factor for that is Willian, no more Willian hitting his first man, we finally have some good set piece takers.
-
Olivier Giroud to Chelsea
Great goal by Giroud, he anticipates every cross, him and Reece James deserve each other.
-
Welcome Hakim Ziyech
First 20 minutes in he looked like our best player. His link up play with Giroud and Reece was spectacular, that bit of skill and layoff he gave to James was beautiful that lead to the equaliser. I'm praying he's okay and coming back very soon, quality player.

N'golo Kante - We are not worthy!
Yeah I know, it wasn't completely unreasonable, but I was still baffled given how much little depth we had at the time and a transfer ban. I would've took any semi decent player then just to give us a decent backup.
