So like a 2-2-5-1 formation?
-
If you want to integrate kids and still compete then you can't have too many in the team.
Having Palmer, Mudryk, madueke, jackson, gusto are already too many. You add paez and more wonderkid it will be a total mess.
With kids, you need big gun who can carry the team (Benzema, Modric, kroos, casemiro, etc2) and give the kids small responsibility so they can grow

conor23 got a reaction from WhiteWall in BlueCo buy Chelsea FCNow that's no doubt that they buy the club just for money laundry. The club is only a tool, nothing else.

conor23 reacted to Scott Harris in The Mad Hatters Luton Town vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 30th Dec 23 12:30 GMTNo, we need to ask the manager. The players are doing what he is instructing. This is something of Pochettino's making because it wasn't there during Tuchel, Potter or Lampard's time as coach.

conor23 reacted to Dr. Socrates in The Mad Hatters Luton Town vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 30th Dec 23 12:30 GMTOnly we could make a win feel like a loss. Chaotic last fifteen minutes. Three up, and we concede two easy goals, they had a goal disallowed, and hit the bar twice. We were lucky we only conceded two.
Well played Palmer though. Quality player. In the end, it’s three points. But bloody hell that was hard to watch.

conor23 reacted to Sconnie Blue in The Mad Hatters Luton Town vs Chelsea (PL) Sat 30th Dec 23 12:30 GMTYeah no one can convince me Disasi is any better than Chalobah. Can win headers (albeit not when crucially needed) but that’s it.
Not sure any CB though can say they’ve done brilliantly this season.

Second choice GK needs to get a game, otherwise what's the point of the signing. We will set out a team to win, any win is welcome these days. Mattesen to get a game at LB, we need a bit more attacking threat from the fullbacks, play James for 45 if we could manage it.

That was 2 points lost than a point earned, which I would have taken before the game, but completely disappointed after. Up to that 70 something minutes, we played the perfect game, should had 3 ( gave Palmer a pass), Arsenal had no idea how to even get into the box let alone get back into the game. Then came the biggest suicidal moment of the season so far, Sanchez does the usual clip pass with crowds in front of him, and Rice had the quality to fire the first time shot in. It's just madness and suicidal, complete game changer and manager killer. We didn't respond well after, but could understood the emotional damage on the players from the incident. Gusto didn't deal with the cross, again could give him a pass, at least he's trying. In the end, we could have lost, but credit to the lads to hold on. Lots of positives came out of it, but again Sanchez ruined it for us, and he's having moments like that every game. I really hate it when GK pretend to be a deep play maker, just do your job and leave the fancy stuffs to those who have the skills. We should be on a 3 games winning run, instead we haven't got much to show🤔

Won't drop Gallagher despite him being toss, plays a CB at left back when we have 3 left backs on the bench, Sterling is living off those first couple of games, Jackson is making Morata look like prime Hasselbaink. He's sticking with a system that is under delivering and it's baffling.

conor23 got a reaction from Swerved in Chelsea v Forest (PL) Sat 2nd Sep 2023 15:00 GMTSame feeling. And same as the game vs. WestHam. The team is too young and don's know what to do after conceded a goal.

we made a mistake that cost us. But we couldn’t score as well.
this team is too inexperienced and it will take a lot of time

conor23 reacted to Victor90 in So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!I think we do actually deserve to have 9 points out of 9, but the reality is different.
The back 3 needs to go though, very surprised to see him playing that way against Luton of all teams. Luton were rubbish and we were letting them back into the game at one point because of how isolated our attackers were.
The fantastic news is that we got a win, Jackson scored, Caicedo and Gusto grew into the game, and hopefully grew in confidence which they desperately need. We've got some pretty kind fixtures coming up, I understand the injuries are not kind, but I hope we see a braver lineup the next few games.

conor23 reacted to El regreso in So it's Pochettino...and now officially gone!“Lots of good managers in here with premier league experience🙄”
Do people in here think Poch is really playing this way without justification, he’s the manager for a reason because he’s good at what he does. Let him develop our identity the way he sees it best. He’s the one with the players in training and knows the strengths and weaknesses.
This constant “ this player shouldn’t play her blah blah blah” attitude. He’s seeing the players daily he knows and we don’t.
The reality is the formation worked as we should have had 9 points had the players finished their chances.

Let's face it, the teams that can't beat us at least once this season need to take a long hard look at themselves.
-
we increased our goal tally by 10% in this game alone
-
Horrible subs.
-
He's been dead to me since the cup final fiasco
-
There are some players i really do not want playing for Chelsea next season . Kepa tops my list
-
Get Felix on for Havertz, absolutely hopeless.
we've done alright but we still look like a team of strangers, tactically it's really poor, at least under Potter we looked fairly solid at the back but now we don't even have that
