That is true, but I'm not sure (league wise) that they could play any worse. I am happy they are moving up the table. One of these days I would like see a match from the "wall".

Right here. ^ My main concern is lack of depth. I'm perfectly fine with Cuadrado coming in especially if Salah is going the other way on loan. That 1-for-1 swap is an upgrade for us and most likely (have not run the numbers) not a bad hit on our FFP situation. However, if we sell Schürrle, the squad is obviously thinner than before. I am good with bringing in some youth, and maybe that is Jose's plan, but it still concerns me and does seem a bit odd.

I'm an expat living in Abu Dhabi and been through that airport more times than I can count. I can confirm that it is filled with a lot of City gear. Any City score is always the first score relayed after the Arabian Gulf League scores. I would venture to say that friendly was to stir up even more interest and was in place a long time ago. They cater to both expats and locals as much as they can. I believe it's just another way they expand their brand globally.

It's the Abu Dhabi GP. I'm about 15 minutes away from the track where I sit typing this. Also, they have a full schedule for the entire weekend. You either saw the end of qualifying or part of the GP2 race. The reason they start later on Sunday is because it is normally a work day. They are ensuring those that bought tickets can make it to the race even if they don't make the rest of the festivities. Highs are 28 (Celsius) to 30 in the early afternoon. At the time the race starts, temps should be about 22-24. Your statement of being "so bloody hot there" would be accurate if this were July or August when temps hit 45-50.

It hasn't released to alpha yet, but take a look at some youtube clips of Overwatch. It's 6v6, and looks more objective based right now. Still, it has some promise and I'm going to try to get in for the alpha.

For video conversions from DVD to either my iPad or Android phone, I use Handbrake. I believe you can download a preset for .vob files and even has some preloaded presets for iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, etc. I've always gone straight from DVD to <whatever format> using Handbrake. I completely agree with you, but I can also easily see comments about why should the FBI get involved, blah, blah. I was simply saying that I wasn't going to get into that conversation. Personally, I hope they find something and hammer any corrupt officials.

It is being reported, and I am not sure how well this will go over for everyone, that the FBI is going to continue their investigation of FIFA over the supposed corruption of high ranking FIFA officials. I am not going to go into the positives and negatives of the FBI nor whether or not they should be doing this. However, I will say that I believe 100% that they would do much better investigation than FIFA's own people would. How FIFA thinks that the World is ok with them doing an investigation on themselves is just insane. Well... There is that. Being serious for a second, if I were a City fan, I'd want Klopp over Pep or Simeone. Simeone is going to take a bit of time to get a foothold, but would be a fantastic manager in the long run. I'm not sure that your ownership has that patience. Everyone knows about Pep and what he can do and would be a fine manager. Klopp has been able to maximise his Dortmund squad (minus this season so far in the Bundesliga) for the past couple of years and I believe that is something City needs. I think he would excel at being to do the necessary changes all while having that energy to get/keep your lads motivated. Personality? Absolutely. That's the bonus! HOWEVER... I hope it does not happen because I would prefer him to take over for Loew whenever he steps down.
