The rise and rise of Daniel Sturridge.
When we talk about the future of Chelsea, Danny is one of the lads that I hope and believe will have a long bright career here. He's been doing wonderfully for us, and I can see him getting better. He just needs to work on his decision making and finishing, as others have said.

Chelsea v Valencia (CL) 06/12/2011 KO 19:45 GMT
I hope that whatever 11 we put on the pitch, realise how important this fixture is and get the job done. This group of professionals know what needs to be done. Go out there and do it.

Anelka and Alex
Sad to see them go, but I wish the best of luck to them. I'm sad to see most people go that wear out kit, but things need to change. ESPN also reporting that their transfer requests have been accepted.

Newcastle v Chelsea (PL) 03/12/11 KO 12:45 GMT
This is a game that should inspire confidence moving forward. Yes, we were probably lucky with Luiz (I also thought he was offsides but as Loz said, that could either be called or not) but we were able to nab a win at Newcastle, which not many squads will be able to do. Luiz, after a shocking first 20 min or so, definitely calmed down and played much better. Torres? Drogba? Torres? Drogba? Personally, who ever... I didn't think Drogs had his best game in our kit but we had plenty of offensive firepower today. Danny got a bit unlucky not to nab a few goals because Krul had a blinder of a match. Still, he got one today and we got the three points. Our back line looked better. Terry easily MotM for me. This performance today (along with others in the past) is why he's our leader and captain. Up the Blues! All-in-all, a good day. Smile folks and let's take this momentum to Valencia on Tuesday!

Wild first half. Glad Drogs got a goal, I expect we'll see a cracking second half.

Exact line up that I'd play.

Euro 2012 Draw
That's exactly the start of the route. Group A winner vs. Group B runner-up Group B winner vs. Group A runner-up Group C winner vs. Group D runner-up Group D winner vs. Group C runner-up Then I believe its (hopefully I don't have it mixed up)... Group A winner/Group B runner-up vs. Group C winner/Group D runner-up Group B winner/Group A runner-up vs. Group D winner/Group C runner-up The final is the two that make it through that mess.

Euro 2012 Pots
Group of Death... Group B and by a long shot. Group of Weak... Group A.

Euro 2012 Draw
Well, the draw is complete. Group A: Poland, Greece, Russia, Czech Rep Group B: Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Portugal Group C: Spain, Italy, Ireland, Croatia Group D: Ukraine, Sweden, France, England No discussion on the obvious Group of Death... Group B not only took it, but dominated. With that said, I still expect Germany to advance out with the Netherlands. Group A is the GoW (Group of Weak)... No disrespect or anything.

Chelsea v. Liverpool (LC) 29/11/2011 KO. 19:45 BST
Next two need to be wins. Winning at Newcastle is vital since, at moment, they are fighting for a Top 4 spot. Winning at home versus Valencia will make or break the morale for the rest of the season. We need to advance in the CL even if it's just out of the group stage. After those two, we can see how things shape up against Man City. I'm not sure anyone will justify the last 7. There isn't much we can do now about it. Our best hope is that AVB makes the adjustments needed so we can get some December wins.

And we would be crazy to get rid of him...

Chelsea v. Liverpool (LC) 29/11/2011 KO. 19:45 BST
Agreed. Maybe we're just having the "bad moment" early... and longer... Let's hope for a turnaround in December and it starts with both Newcastle and Valencia. Win both of these, and put this mess behind us. I would like to see a midfield of Romeu, Ramires, and Meireles. That could very well work. C'mon the Blues!

Chelsea v. Liverpool (LC) 29/11/2011 KO. 19:45 BST
It wasn't on here, but I'm gutted at the result... Sounds like Bertrand, Romeu, and Turnbull were the only positives.

Ramires for me also. Thought his overall performance was spectacular.

Following our nearest and dearest rivals
Maybe, but Mario didn't help. He just decided to kinda arm himself into Skrtel. I think it was the right call, even if Skrtel did sell it.

Ex Chelsea players that you'd gladly welcome back
Agreed.

Favourite Retro Console/Games?
I didn't like that one as much. Maybe it's because I was used to the old-school style game on the NES.

Favourite Retro Console/Games?
MarioKart 64 was amusement while drinking the ale and after the ale. I haven't played the new Goldeneye but I heard that it was a little disappointing. One of the games I got into on the NES was Ninja Gaiden. That was fun but it was very predictable. I guess most of those games were that way back then...

The "everything you want to say about Torres" thread
Depending on the model, it could be more expensive too. Bad analogy aliboy66, but I get the point and I don't necessarily disagree. I wonder why Torres isn't playing...

Following our nearest and dearest rivals
The Liverpool vs Man City match was actually quite entertaining from purely a football perspective. They really did go at each other. And the scoreline benefits us. A draw was the best of both worlds.
