MOTM vs Fulham
Absolutely, consideration for his dangerous and unpredictable presence, plus the assist - but coffee is for closers. In a 1-0 win, someone on the back 5 must be more deserving of MOTM.

Chelsea vs Fulham (PL) 10/11/2010 KO 19:45 GMT
Those are really good ratings in my opinoin, for our guys anyway. I'd give everyone on Fulham a 5, and I do think Essien's stomp was payback for Bossy and Mikel, because of the dirt that Dempsey was doing. I love the guy's heart, but he was taking shots our at our guys all night so screw that Texan. Michael sit dwn, Frank stand up.

MOTM vs Fulham
Cech for me - that full volley should have cost us 2 points, but it didn't. Terry & Brani a close second. And a forward should never be MOTM without a score, unless he has some assists.

Chelsea vs Spartak Moscow (CL) 3/11/2010 1945 KO
Hey Rock, welcome aboard! I agree with you that complacency is not good. Let the Muskovites have it full force, and then sub some off. I'm very happy to see Alex return, but what does that do to our back four? Probably send Bossy to the bench, which sucks, but benefits the club with depth that other teams wish for. What a great season, so far!

Cult TV series.
Off-topic, but I'd like to recommend an excellent zombie movie most haven't seen - "The Last Man on Earth" (1964) starring Vincent Price. Somewhat similar to "I am Legend", but better in the sense that you won't be annoyed by the idiot Fresh Prince.

Correct score poll vs Spartak Moscow
3-0 sounds right to me. Onward Chelsea!

Hello
- MOTM vs Spartak Moscow
JT for me. That was a fantastic defensive performance in a "trap" game, especially while missing 3 starters and several reserves. I'm very pleased with our fight and compusure, so kudos to Carlo for the CFC travelling well.- Last Movie You Watched

I want to say 2-1 good guys...- USA V Poland
3-2 USA is my predictionski- Yossi out for months
Dammit, sorry Beej and Deke. This injury to Yossi is very disappointing, I liked what he was doing, reminds me of Yuri, and was looking forward to seeing more. Get well, soon.- Question from a Gooner
His friends say it's magic, I get it.- Yossi out for months

Red Devils drop points, KingIrwin drops tears.- Ramires learning his trade..........but its tough
Not true, Planet. Several people made the point that Malouda, Kalou, etc. have blossomed nicely despite a barrage of criticism from people who wrote them off too soon, and that it would be wise for me not to join their ranks. My snide remark was meant to say that just because we sign someone and they start out slowly doesn't mean that of course they will similarly blossom. Go back 1 or 2 pages and see me (and maybe BlueMoon) be called childish, stupid, crazy, premature - and now impatient by you. I'm not saying these are untrue, because my girl calls me these too (except premature  ), but I disagree here: If I comment on Ramires' physicality, that doesn't require a full season to observe. I saw him plenty with Benfica and the Brazilian side, and he has many good qualities (especially stamina and work rate), but he's a flyweight and it is worrying to see him defending on a team known for defense. If I'm proven wrong, it will be by him coming up with stout play at midfield.- Correct score poll vs Arsenal
3-2 nailbiter Malouda, Drogs and the Bison.- Chelsea v Marseille (CL) 28th Sept 2010 19:45 BST
And how about Anelka's penalty kick? He took the safest route based 100% on Mandanda going the wrong way! Bon chance, Nico!- MOTM vs Marseille
Alex for me, I liike the clean sheet and the intensity. Nico a close second.- Ramires learning his trade..........but its tough
OK, I've now been convinced that anybody we bring in will do well, given time. Thanks for fixing my stupidity.- Ramires learning his trade..........but its tough
Good points Spiller86, at least he had Alex to help him. JT should know 7 languages to do his job right. Right you are, but he was the only starter (or sub) who gives me doubt. Hope I'm wrong - I'll think about it in Miami next week.- Ramires learning his trade..........but its tough
I haven't given up on Ramires a team member, but I have seen enough of him as a starter. How many challenges did he win? I'm not talking about rhythm or chemistry in a new setting - I'm saying he got constantly beaten by everyone he challenged. Our right side was a freeway, thankfully Branislav was collecting tolls. If Frank or Yossi could have played, he would have been a sub, at best. It's possible that I'm being rash or premature, but it's also possible that the lad is just not physical enough to hold up as a midfielder in our 4-3-3.- Ramires learning his trade..........but its tough
Lampard's return will ease those concerns. My biggest concern is the Ramires didn't complete any pass that I can remember - one give away after another. And he got knocked down on seemingly every contact he had with City guys. Will he develop better passing instincts? Maybe. Will he get stronger and tougher? Doubt it. I don't like to be so negative, but I would start any outfield player on the team ahead of him.- Last Movie You Watched
Yep, the Scottish. I learned recently that they are also responsible for Hillbilly and Redneck, which Americans consider somewhat interchangable.- The next bands you are going to see?
