Chelsea v Man United (PL) 01/03/11 KO 19:45 GMT
Not going to pretend i'm not worried, this year has put paid to any cockyness that may have existed in the autumn such is the beast that is footballl. Would have loved to got a ticket for this one but I'll be down my local surrounded by Manc supporters (none of whom will be from manchester) cheering on the Mighty Blues KTBFFH

Ashley Cole - NOTW?
Quality, only way to treat this hijinx. typical Roo gets away with murder but should a chelsea player do something stupid its a disgrace and symptomatic of the decline of the club. f**k'em all

- MOTM vs FC Copenhagen
Thought the Bison bossed it in the middle, Anelks goals where quality but to seeing Essien approaching his beastly best was excellent.- Chelsea v Everton (FA Cup) 19/02/11 KO 12:30 GMT
Have to say I thought Mikel looked useful in the middle of the pitch, we've been on the back foot a touch following Essien's introduction. He's been having a torrid time recently and it's horrible to watch.- Sunderland v Chelsea 01/02/11 19:45 (PL)
Wasn't televised, can't really comment on the game as such. Was following vicariously through BBC updates on various smartphones but having seen the stats and the goals chuffed to bits. Bring on Sunday! edit: Anyone who watched the match give some more info on Anelka's new position, sounds like it was a tour de force from Nico feeding the front two. Could be a sign of things to come.- Need a new song for Torres
Quality, seems like the redone liverpool song has been doing the rounds. Remember hearing it when there were rumours of us signing him in the summer so expect to here it loud and clear on sunday.- Fee agreed for Fernando Torres
f**k it, 50 million worth it for the chants alone. Honestly after the days drama I'm ecstatic, will probably be more sober by the end of the season when we can see how well he's settling in but for now lol liverpool. David Luiz as well, absolutely quality. I think following our recent loss of form I was getting niggling thoughts about us going into some kind of long term decline but 75million on some relatively young and hugely talented players puts paid to that thought for now. Come on Chelsea! Fer-nan-do To-res Chelsea's Number 9!- FA Cup Everton v Chelsea 29/1/11 Official Match Thread
You can see the logic though, if he can make that kind of an impact from the bench why shouldn't he be able to start. So frustrating. Did we really get as bossed as the radio made it sound, didn't get a chance to see the match but they make it sound like we were back to our disappointing best. Saying that I'll always take a replay at home in a cup competition, might have to look up the ticket situation.- Torres Leaving L'Pool
What price do you put on thousands of crushed scouser hearts? 50 Million. In all seriousness though I'd take him, Aguero clearly would be a wicked signing and probably cheaper but the fact we're back in the market for a player like Torres can only be good news. Gutted that the Luiz deal has fallen through mind, was convinced he was on his way but I do think what we really need is more options up front. Malouda and Drogs while showing flashes of genius this year have been about as consistent as something very inconsistent, give them abit of competition and it might be the kick up the arse they need. Plus Drogba and Torres up front, come on its fantasy football. Could be the worst signing since Scheva but it could be so so good. Edit: Also he's eligible for Champions League duty, score!- Lamps is injured again
We all thought it, until now they have not played well together and to be honest in the first ten minuites it looked like same old same old. Thank god Didier woke up and brought the magic, sparked the team like nothing else. Still again very worried about Lamps, hard not to be really. Hope it is something he can shake off but we shall see.- MOTM Vs Bolton (Away)
DIDIER! Goal of the year says Terry, not going to argue.- Bolton v Chelsea (PL) 24/1/11 KO 20:00 GMT
Were you going to take of Drogs or Nico when they were looking deadly every time they got the ball (makes a change). Nah we needed to batter them when we had the chance to send a message. Welcome back Drogs, we've missed you. That 30 yarder made my week, jumping up and down like a loon. More! Got to mention Ramieres blinder, he's had that one coming and may the unstoppable monsters continue.- David Luiz
I think the fact we are keen to sign suggests that Alex is probably quite far away from match fitness.- Chelsea v Blackburn (PL) 15/1/11 KO 15:00 GMT
So good. Good win, need to take it to bolton in a weeks time. Looking formidable towards the end of the match.- Chelsea vs Ipswich (FAC) KO: 15:00 [09-01-2011]
Come on the chels! We need this bad.- Is The Jury Really Out On Carlo
Always been our biggest problem I'd argue, absolutely no continuity in management.- Is The Jury Really Out On Carlo
We shouldn't sack him, end of. The list of possible replacements is a joke. Wasn't particularly warm to Carlo when he came but he proved himself and the way he's handled himself during the crisis has only strengthened that. Yes some of the team selections have been suspect but more suspect is the strength of the squad the backbone of which has been the same for nigh on 6 seasons now, we need some serious investment and renewal. I don't know the way forward but I do know that getting in Rijkaard now would do little for our club looking beyond the next few run of games. Would be like all those injections we've been giving Lamps, JT and Drogs. Solves the problem then and their but a year later your picking up a serious tab.- Wolverhampton Wanderer v Chelsea (PL) 05/01/2011 19:45 GMT
I think now Bruma has shown he's capable at playing in the big leagues the back is even less of a problem than it was, Ivan in CB or RB is quality and that gives us options beyond Ferreira (who has had his moments this season but cannot and should not play against the best wingers in the prem) and Bossy. In the middle sticking Essien in centrally to drive play and create space for Lamps, Rameires and the forwards to do some magic we should be a monstrous team, they just have to believe that now. Saying that Nico needs to buck his ideas up, one more performance like that and I'd say put Danny or Kakuta in to wake him up. He has been a player to respond to this kind of simple trick before especially when he got starts in Drogs's absence. Wolves need to be swept aside here even teams in the bottom half would expect a win here on their form (although we needed wins at White heart lane and Villa).- Chelsea v Aston Villa (PL) 2/1/11 KO 13:30 GMT
Almost perfect, now horrendous. Gutted.- Chelsea v Aston Villa (PL) 2/1/11 KO 13:30 GMT
Have to say though, Tottenham beat this team with 10 men away. What the f**k chels.- Chelsea v Aston Villa (PL) 2/1/11 KO 13:30 GMT
Lamps when he gets in space has looked alive and picked out some sweet passes, trouble is he has found no space whatsoever. I'm no football expert but the defending has been shoddy and with Essien propping up the defence it seems there's no punch in mid-field. Something's just not working and hasn't been for a while.- Chelsea v Aston Villa (PL) 2/1/11 KO 13:30 GMT
Was just thinking we look weak from set pieces, but it just looks like we are weak at the back. f**ks sake.- Chelsea v Aston Villa (PL) 2/1/11 KO 13:30 GMT
Super FRANK! Happy new year.- Chelsea v Bolton (PL) 29/12/10 KO 19:45 GMT
don't see why we wouldn't, mikel was clearly dropped and it seems rightly so (shame really as when we were playing really sh*t he was holding it together at times). Need to boss a weakened Villa squad at home (7-1 last season) and that should send a message that we are back and going to mess up some Gooner and Manc title hopes (maybe). - MOTM vs FC Copenhagen
