Probably a very unpopular opinion but he has been poor or bellow average in every game he played this season. Yet he mostly played against opposition that are inferior to us. I am all up for giving chances for our talented youngsters, but at the level of football we are playing you just can't have big mistakes and look shaky in every game you start. He is probably shaken by the fact he isn't a starter and gets the odd chance, but you have to have a strong mentality to break into this team. At some point he has the mentality of a toddler.

Should have done better for the first goal, but overall i am pleased with him. Just his first season plus he has ton of pressure with his price tag. With just being 24 he can only become better.

If Sarri needs any more proof that Ruben is the real deal, then just sell the man. Let him be a top player in any club he will play for. He was by far our best player last night, very happy to see him do so well. English and our academy player doesn't get better than that.

Obviously want to go through, however very happy to see Lampard back. He will have a proper legend welcome, but on the pitch we will smash them. We will probably refresh the team, as we have enough quality in the team to mix things up a bit.

Had my doubts about him, but for 15 mill we basically had no risk at all. He has flourished under Sarri and he is ideal for this system. Plus he scores and assists a scoring midfielder was something we have been missing for some time. Very happy for him, and with Ruben, Kovačić, Kante, Jorginho we are spoiled with the midfield depth and talent.

Give the players from the bench a start, keep the big guns on the bench just in case. Sarri rarely switches thing in the league, these games are ideal for heavy rotation.

Yeah it was an entertaining game, however Belgium is light years ahead of us. They are on a World Class level, we are more of the unpleasant nations group haha.

Our home record against United in the past few years is amazing, we usually win the game comfortably. However i won't push my luck and predict anything. Just get out there control the game and show who is boss at the Bridge.

My country Bosnia and Herzegovina won our three opening games. The first against Northern Ireland was a fluke we were terrible. The home games against Austria and Northern Ireland were decent and we deserved the points. Overall currently top with a game to play away against Austria.

Think there were similar speculations to that amount of 300k in the past, i mean any top top club can afford to pay that amount for a player like him. Unreliable sources claim that he is currently on 200-220k per week. He said he won't force a move which is nice, under Sarri his qualities shine and hopefully he can maintain it during the season.

Hope not, hate him. Brilliant footballer no doubt but a complete c**t as a person.

Two fantastic saves against Southampton, and the one that got us points against MOL Vidi in the Europa League. Obviously he will need time to settle down, but overall in the long term an excellent addition and hopefully at the club for many years to come.

One of the greatest to ever play for us, what a career! He is and always be a proper blue, he is Mr. Chelsea. I am honored and privileged to watch him grow from a academy player to a Chelsea icon. Doubt we will see another player spending 19 years with us, in times where switching clubs is very common. Wish him a great retirement, hopefully one day a big part of the club but in a different department. Long live king John Terry

Pleased with the win, the performance was also good. Our defensive errors haven't costed us yet but we do allow opposition teams a lot of chances. Sarri accepts that this kind of football will give you goals and that the defensive part is exposed. Kepa had two amazing saves, while at 0-0 Ings missed a sitter, it would be a much different match if we conceded first. Overall did enough to get the win and if we tighten things at the back we could easily go all the way. Another team win.

Carlo Cudicini as i was mostly a goalkeeper. If by any reason i had to play any other position i would be placed in the defense and would be Desailly. I was always tall for my age, but also very skinny so didn't really compliment Marcel haha.

They look okay, but Nike is just like Adidas. Same template for 20 teams just change the color and badge. The days of excitement when Umbro made our kits, you could actually make them apart. Now you have the last 5 shirts and struggle to know from which season they are.

After the International break Sarri will have to use all our players in rotation, if he keeps making one change every game we will eventually be tired and injuries will occur. He has depth especially in games against weaker opposition. Ruben should be ideal to start against PAOK in Greece alongside Ampadu and Hodson-Odoi. No better games to start them than in the Europa League group stages.

We will have three games in a space of eight days. Cardiff 15th September PAOK 20th September West Ham 23 September. We should heavily mix the team against PAOK, to keep the lads fresh for West Ham who even tough in terrible form will surely give us problems. Players like Ampadu, Christensen, Zappacosta, Emerson, Barkley, Hudson etc should all get play time if not start the game. They should be good enough too see our group off. Leave the big guns on the bench in case things don't go our way.

Good thing we have him and Barkley to rotate, both excellent and hopefully injury free. He did okay against Newcastle, don't think he is ready for the ninety minutes. Perhaps after the International break we will have all the lads firing at 100%.

His goal had to be prevented, he was closer to the ball and it went past him. He now averaged a big mistake per game, i understand Sarri rates him for his passing qualities but Cahill and Christensen are both better defenders. Doubt he will be dropped too, as long as we keep winning. Maybe after a run of 5 games with crucial mistakes will make Sarri reconsider.

Don't think he will sell, he might eventually at some point but not now. Every time we do well the media is riding us with fake news, think we are the most hated club in British media.

Very pleased with the points, complete control possession wise but we didn't have much clear chances. In the first half Eden and Pedro could have done better with their chance towards the end. After we took the lead Newcastle scored from their only shot on goal with over an hour of play. They managed two shots on target and scored, i fear that we will struggle against teams that will press us. Luiz didn't do well for our goal, however we stopped as we thought we would get a foul on Giroud. You play until the ref signals the foul simple as it is. Newcastle played very deep left us with very little space, happy to finally get the win there. Three out of three better than i expected to be honest, while we still have lot of work to do the early signs are exciting, hope we give Sarri a proper chance it could be good for us. Bournemouth next at the Bridge they are a open team hardly ever park the bus, could be a good game and we will have chances to open them up. They smashed us 0-3 last season, doubt it will be happening this time around.

Todd baffled me always, he is obviously good enough to join a decent club on a permanent deal. He will be looking back on his career to see himself play for 20 clubs all on loan.
