superb effort by Aliboy last week with our first win since we started this, his selections won £548..he kindly donated £86 of his £186 winnings back between the site and the betting kitty and that has meant we can get the score bet going on the Chelsea games again.

I think this is a good breakdown to keep in mind when picking your selections, very rare will you see 4+ draws in any game week.

I think if you keep your homes to between 4-6 per game week, aways to 2-4 and draws to 1-2, we will see a few more payouts yet. This week I'm going for 4-4-2, 4 homes, 4 aways, 2 draws.

The win has been good for enthusiasm, it feels like even though it might take a while we have got real hope of making this pay.

The way I look at it it costs around £400 a season if we stick to the 50p 10 fom 10 and average low 20s in entries so we need a couple of wins like last week per season to cover the stake..that said we are on the season ahead of the bookie on payout alone which is good.

Thanks Chip, I never realised it cost that much a season, blimey!

I noticed after the win, folk were more keen this week to get bets on earlier.

Yeah it must give us all a bit more enthusiasm, knowing it can be done makes it more interesrting, we have been close a few times so I was confident we would get a winner soon.

It makes the weekends football more interesting for me as I'm more interested in the other results instead of just ours and our closest rivals...now I want to know what Liverpool done as well :)
