Like me down the park in the early 80's in my first proper Chelsea kit! f**k those poncy muti coloured aero dynamic balls of today, Jonny B has a proper park football

Proper football boots too. Black and white, of course.

Mines were Golas , whilst I dreamed of adidas World Cup or Puma Kings.

Christ with the exception of Desailly think they were all capable of a stunning goal or two!

Desailly scored only seven goals for us but did include one of the two goals against Liverpool in 2003. The win meant that we qualified for the CL in 2003-2004.

Nice football!

He was as solid as a rock. Tough tackling, rarely gave the ball away, no frills type player.

All ways gave his all- The Supporters Club Players of the Year ( especially when we were sh*t), tended to be won by hard working triers like Johnny B.

Actually I'd bet most here could name all of them.

Bottom left has me stumped. Keith Dublin?

Could well be. The others are all very recognisable.

And how vital that goal turned out.

Duh Kevin Wilson of course.

Looks remarkably like the former West Indian batsman Gordon Greenidge

Wonder how many people would name all in the picture!!

I'm guessing that's Pat Nevin, Kerry Dixon, Dave Beasant, the two in the middle at the back?....stumped!, Colin Lee and Eddie Niedzwiecki. At the front, Clive Wilson, Graham Rix, David Speedie, Ken Monkou and John Bumstead.

Think one is Colin Pates, the photo bugs me though nearly all could have played together though I'm not sure this picture was taken in their playing days more perhaps a reunion.
