QPR brought double their usual away support and were given the seated upper section of the North Stand.

Wonder if we'd played with an orange ball every week in 1978/79 if we'd have doen any better ?! Nah probably not to be honest. Have a look at on screen line up. Subs including Fillory ( spelling not a strong point of the production team)

January 12, 20197 yr The Millwall 83 game mentioned in another thread. Remember it went off briefly in the North Stand first half. To this day don’t know whether there was Chelsea in there- unlikely- West Ham, which we thought at the time, or an in house Millwall thing. We did well on the Old Kent Road after the Den game.
January 12, 20197 yr Dixon had a great record against Millwall I was there end of season 89-90 when he got a hattrick at their place, this was after scoring two against them at SB.

I know a couple of people who had Fiestas back in the day. I wonder if you paid a bit extra in the raffle would the car come with a graphic equaliser and CB radio. I know a few guys who had them fitted in their cars most of which were Mark 1 or Mark 2 Ford Escorts.

I’m surprised Bates didn’t try to palm off the winner with one of the blue disabled motors parked in front of the Shed.
