How about comparing their assists? Or their goal scoring records? Or their Prozone ratings? Can you give me a single measurable aspect of Carrick's game which is superior?

Really is superb news that the club seems to have regained their senses and willing to offer Lamps a new deal. Just can't believe its taken this long to do so!!

I sullied my screen by opening Davey's link to the Sun.  In it you can see Lamps pointing skywards after his goal against Brazil - someone earlier said he didn't seem to be doing it anymore.
