GTA V

Society should also be glad that I don't play golf, as it seems I'd beat groundskeepers to death with a 9 iron to vent my frustrations and ultimately die in a police shoot-out on the course.

Speaking of police shootouts, does anyone else think the cops in this game are a bit aggressive?  I've been shot at for fighting in the streets.  Or are American police really that trigger happy?

Two coppers started firing sub-machine guns at me because I walked up to them and stared them in the face.

I got two stars for that felony.

They do that in every gta game - shoot at you for everything. I swear sometimes they give me a wanted level just for the hell of it when i've done nothing wrong.

The game is made with tongue in cheek swipes at America throughout. Being shot for doing absolutely nothing is about right.

The conversation where Jimmy explains to Michael what trolling is had me in stitches

The bit I liked the was in a cut scene where I think it was Lester naming a couple of goons he knew. He referred to a man from Liberty City but 'he doesn't say much'.

I don't understand why some of you are only interested in the online, the story has me hooked, i'm sure online will be amazing too, but just the single player alone was worth the £35 i paid for the game.

I finished the Big One this morning, can't really be bothered with all of the side missions that I've yet to do so that's my GTA V playing days over.

All in all an enjoyable experience, I was sceptical about the three main character angle at first but it worked quite well, and the game itself was well written.

Some days i will play it and only do the side missions and drive around. I dont think im going out tonight so i will be playing it most of the evening i think.

Same, I was really worried that having 3 characters wouldn't work but I absolutely love it and works fantastically.

Gives you so much more to do when you're just GTA'ing instead of the main missions.

Story mode did seem a little short, shame I don't have a decent enough wireless connection to play online.

The last heist? There is still one more major mission left...

Yep, that tends to be the norm from what I can tell. When my friend was explaining it to me I was listening half-heartedly and I took it to mean that you only had a choice between killing either Michael or Trevor... :laugh2: What were you thinking, Rockstar, I thought to myself.

I'm sure at least 90% of people must have chosen C as their main choice, and played through A and B later on. It's the obvious canon ending.

I can't imagine who would actually choose A or B. It's a video game, the chaos promised by C sounded too fun to pass up.
