Why does the biased media love Arsenal but hate us?

Featured Replies

Because we accidentally ran over their dog....

Well....

Replace the word accidentally with repeatedly, and replace the word dog, with child.

Actually Wenger is getting a lot of flak today... from the same loathsome hypocritical hacks who were so outraged by JM's 'specialist in failure' comments!

Arsenal are getting ripped apart in the media so not really sure I get what your on about to be honest.

The media w**kfest over Liverpool is more what gets on my nerves but in all honesty I don't generally think the media is biased against us on the whole.

I don't think the "media" as a whole is ranged against us, though there are certainly numerous individual hacks with a big axe to grind.

The nauseating Liverpool w*nkfest of recent months is inevitable when there are an inordinate number of hacks who have a massive hard on for Liverpool, and when most of the pundits on MOTD/Sky/BT are ex-Liverpool players.

I never thought I'd say this but watching Wenger thr other night on Sky Sports News, I felt a little bit of sympathy for the guy. I used to despise Arsenal, Wenger, Henry, Vieira etc, but it's been a while since they've been worthy of such strong an emotion.

After the Specialist in failure comments, the 6-0 drubbing and subsequent falling apart of his team and looking at a possible 5th, he looks so dejected, I think you'd have to have a heart of stone not to feel the tiniest bit of sympathy.

Don't want to hear in the news of a top premier league manager overdosing on his meds or his wife finding him dangling on a rope somewhere.

well?

Could be worse, and thanks for asking. I don't need to ask how you're doing.

Take my advice, pay another visit to the quack, ask him for a change of medication.

Hope that helps.

This is Wenger I imagine:

The media are as fickle with Arsenal as they are with anyone. When they are on song they are Beta-Barca: a team of cheaply-sourced youngsters schooled by a tenured professor, playing the best football in the league. When they are sh*t they are treated like a walking circus full of bottlejob kids managed by a clown with a big nose and naïve tactics whose departure is imminent.
