What you think Spud, easy three points tomorrow then again a week later?

I don't think we'll have easy wins. I'm being cautious but football can be unpredictable and certainly the CFC game will be hard fought. I also think Leicester may not drop the points we need them to. If they lose or draw today then it is very open axman. How do you see things going?

Sunderland are absolute dross, how did Arsenal not beat them. 4th place for them again this year, I'm sure Wenger will be happy with that.

The fans, on the other hand...

*@$# *&. Swansea you #@*&^().

Well, early doors. Swansea come back?

I'd be fuming after that. f**king pathetic.

I may well be remembering selectively, but I don't seem to recall teams being this half-hearted when there was nothing to play for in recent years. Amount of teams playing like it's a testimonial in April has been surprising. Maybe it's me though.

United followed by everton then us are a horrible last 3 games. Even if the foxes win today they will drop points in at least 2 of those games imo.

It happens. Spurs have had the same recently too, Stoke were beyond pathetic.

That's true. I honestly (honest!) think we may too. CFC and Newcastle concern me. Newcastle will have to beat us to stay up.

That's a good point. Against a 'traditional' title contender (CFC, Utd, City, etc) opposing teams have in the past turned up as a matter of pride.

If Swansea can get a draw...

It could also mean that LVG keeps his job too, which can only be a good thing.

Yeah could be, I'm not sure they'll keep him even if they do get CL football.

If United don't get CL it could really harm them. I doubt de Gea will stay and maybe even Martial will want to leave. If they do make it they might be able to build on. With Arsenal it's the same old song every year, they won't be fighting  for the title next year either.

Good job they signed Cech who was worth those '10 extra points a year' or they'd be in a right mess. ;-)

It's not even just the teams playing the top teams, but a lot of teams are just going through the motions. Bournemouth were in neutral yesterday and the City game was dead too.

Maybe we make such a big deal of Top Four and relegation that any team in between just gives up at this point in the year. Maybe it was like that in the past and I'm just using the rose-tinteds.

True. In terms of the title, we've won fewer games than Leicester. Had we won more, we wouldn't be relying on Swansea helping us out.
