Fwiw, he may be in the same category of player as Adebayor or Benteke. The category where we keep waiting for consistency and it doesn't happen. People buy them in hope not based on consistent performances.

I think he has comfortably surpassed that category tbh. He has an excellent scoring record in every season he has been here, barring his 1st when he didn't really play. I just think he might not be a player for the big occasion, higuain has had that leveled at him all his career but he is still one of the best strikers in Europe.

Lukaku is decent, but he isn't top tier.

I'd take Costa baggage and all over him every time.

Once he starts becoming more clinical and decisive he is going to be one of the best i think. He's already making good progress and seem's to be getting better as the season is going on. United will need to be qualifying for the Champions League though or they won't hold on to him for long.

It is but I feel the absence of vardy will see them draw, leaving Spurs to close the gap to 3 on Monday.

Which makes it very simple. If we fail to beat Spurs they are crowned champions. They may even go top by beating us.
