April 24, 201610 yr Everton fan forums are truly believing that Mourinho to Everton is a possibility and his odds to join them have dropped quite significantly, Could he do with Everton what he did in 2005 with Chelsea?
April 24, 201610 yr In all seriousness Everton are a bit behind where we were so would take a bit more work imo. Would have to reteach that squad what defending is because I don't think Martinez bothers much with it. O and also no chance of Jose going there Edited April 24, 201610 yr by Stim
April 24, 201610 yr Everton fan forums are truly believing that Mourinho to Everton is a possibility and his odds to join them have dropped quite significantly, Could he do with Everton what he did in 2005 with Chelsea? Stones, Coleman, Baines, Barkley, Deulefeu, Lukaku. He'd need five players - a top keeper, a top defender, two new midfielders and another winger. Easily over £100 million, plus squad players. So yeah he could but it would cost a sh*t load.
April 24, 201610 yr Everton fan forums are truly believing that Mourinho to Everton is a possibility and his odds to join them have dropped quite significantly, Could he do with Everton what he did in 2005 with Chelsea? When Jose arrived we were a top 2 side who had just cocked up a huge chance to win the CL, by losing 3-1 to 10-man Monaco in the semis. I don't think Everton are quite there, do you?

Everton fans have been singing songs of 'We're f-cking rich' lately so if he is in the Roman and Sheikh Mansour bracket, He could comfortably splash out big even before the tv money comes in for next year, Plus Jose would work wonders with Stones, Normally i wouldn't give them a sniff of a chance of landing Jose but if his choice of clubs are PSG or Everton assuming LVG is allowed to see out his contract, I'd have Everton favorites over PSG.

I don't think Everton are quite there, do you? Of course not but Jose rocking up at Goodison would allow him to create that siege mentality again, Which he loves, He won't be able to do that at United, At Everton i can just picture Mourinho poking fun at Liverpool and winding up Klopp, He hates the scousers so i wouldn't put it past him.
April 24, 201610 yr 1999 I think. I remember thinking their logo looked quite nice on a football kit. Their new crest is rubbish in comparison, the two different tones of red make it look akin to clipart. I don't find anything wrong w/ that - I still sport my CFC Umbro kit w/ the 'Fly Emirates' Sponsorship on the chest I was sporting one of our Coors kits when I met Willian! April 24, 201610 yr Mourinho has options of Man utd or psg an outside bet would be him going back to inter. But I believe mourinho to utd is a done deal sadly. I grew up loving him, defended him when others turned on him but seeing him their would really push me to the limits.

It's a different market now, especially in England where there are already a lot of cash rich clubs. When a club like Stoke are able to go out and spend £20m on a player of the quality of Imbula it speaks volumes of the competition for signatures. City and United have spent huge sums in the last two years but they've not come close to the title. Jose isn't going to join a club where he's got one arm tied behind his back and both legs tied together. There's far too much work to be done to even bother in truth especially when he can walk in to a job like United or PSG.
April 24, 201610 yr Charlie Adam full of crap on match of the day tonight...says Spurs are a better side than Chelsea and man Utd teams that won league in recent years...yeah right...if that were true, they'd be ahead of Leicester, not behind
April 24, 201610 yr All the Tottenham genuine match fixing allegations on Twitter are on Scouse paranoia levels. My God it's pathetic, delusional twats. Also Spud, you make it extremely hard for me to hate on Tottenham, all I want to do after every post is apologise to you! STOP BEING SO NICE. By their logic, Leicester fans would be well within their rights to question stoke's pathetic performance on Monday night

April 25, 201610 yr Our 09/10 side were destroy them, the 04/05, 05/06 sides were decimate them. So would last year's team...yes defence of trophy has been abysmal, but no one should forget they have the record for most days leading pl in one season ever...played beautiful football for half a season, ruthless/efficient stuff the second

I would rather see him go to United. Mostly because Everton would be one more club we'll have to fight for places with
April 25, 201610 yr Congratulations to Riyad Mahrez and Delle Alli. I think both of them deserved.Just seen Ozil was in the player of the year category. Have we found our new Steven Gerrard? The player who's mentioned just for sh*ts & giggles?
April 25, 201610 yr Just seen Ozil was in the player of the year category. Have we found our new Steven Gerrard? The player who's mentioned just for sh*ts & giggles? Harsh, he's been very good for the majority of the season. It's not like Coutinho who only gets included based entirely off a few months of good performances.
April 25, 201610 yr Author Harsh, he's been very good for the majority of the season. It's not like Coutinho who only gets included based entirely off a few months of good performances. Hasn't Ozil only got just two assists since the turn of the year? So can't we level the same accusation at Ozil?
April 25, 201610 yr But he does have like 18 assists this season. Crazy amount. That is good, perhaps he should be nominated for the August-December award and not whole. No better than Willian in that respect then.
