February 6, 201610 yr Can't beat a perfectly cooked piece of belly pork. I once went to a restaurant that had a meal called "pig 5 ways", it was amazing. Was a sw**ky place so it was small portions of each, belly pork, bacon, pulled pork, crackling and black pudding. I want to go again now.

February 6, 201610 yr It's become very popular over here in the last couple of years and I think it's probably American in origin. It's basically pork cooked in barbecue sauce and then shredded by pulling it apart with two forks.
