Now I'm confused. What's that got to do with pork?

Hahahaha!! I know right?? Damn top changing, they need to follow the forum rules.

Can't beat a perfectly cooked piece of belly pork. I once went to a restaurant that had a meal called "pig 5 ways", it was amazing. Was a sw**ky place so it was small portions of each, belly pork, bacon, pulled pork, crackling and black pudding.

I want to go again now.

Pulled pork in the slow cooker is really easy and lovely.  You don't get crackling though.

Please, please, what is pulled pork??

It's become very popular over here in the last couple of years and I think it's probably American in origin. It's basically pork cooked in barbecue sauce and then shredded by pulling it apart with two forks.

Eugh??  What a weird idea!  That's what we have teeth for!  Maybe it was invented for toothless yanks!

Over here you can buy cheek of pork, which is incredibly tender.  Delicious!

Shredded Moi, falls to pieces when you pull it apart using two forks.

Again, I still have perfectly good teeth that achieve the same purpose - and less washing up!
