Which player I like is my opinion and I believe Moses has a lot of potential on the pitch despite you making him out to be a failure.  Just because you don't fancy him doesn't mean everyone else has to.

1) You have no life outside of football forums and

What does that have got to do with how transfers are handled? The point was the players the manager or whoever identifies generally are bought by the board. Sterling, stones, etc players who were unattainable by other sides easily walked into the city side. They got Stones roughly for the same amount we offered, the difference was they did it on their first go while we kept lowballing to get to that number.

Transfers are hit or miss for every club. End matter is Conte only got 1 out of the 3/4 he had requested.
