Identical to Uniteds 3rd except theirs is black stripes in place of blue and they're all w**king over it on Redcafe. Fair to say it's not the worst 3rd kit we've ever had but it's hardly inspiring. Thought Adidas would've taken the opportunity to do something special as they knew it would be the last kit they did for us

I don't mind plain kits, rather it plain than having some crazy design. But this one looks nearly the same as the last 2 white kits.

I hate black kits in general especially ours, that white kit while plain reminds me of our white kit in 89/90 & i can live with it.

Since kits have been available for fans to buy most clubs kits have mirrored each others, ours & Everton's in the mid 70s & 90s to ours & Sheff Weds away kits early 90s.

Yeah, I don't think you can make a more boring kit, and I'm perplexed that someone was paid, probably pretty well, to design it and could only think of a plain white kit.

Still, boring plain white is better than Tottenham's dijon mustard 3rd kit.

Or Norwich's inverse canary poop 3rd kit

My big annoyance is why they insist on making Oscar, Cahill, and Matic look like complete pricks in that photo. They don't look intimidating or cool, they look like pricks.

The Manchester United 3rd kit is quite a bit better to be fair. They have some pattern on the shoulder and black shorts. Having contrasting shorts makes a huge difference.

Glad to see that adidas made them pose like complete pricks too.

Why've Adidas done away with the shoulder stripes on our kits all of a sudden but kept it on Uniteds?

Edit- United only have a pattern on the shoulders actually

there is only so many places you can put 3 stripes

I know, it just used to be an iconic part of any of their kits really

They haven't got stripes on their shoulders either, from what I've seen the Adidas kits this season have them down the side only ie Chelsea, United, Bayern.

Gotta admit it is a bit bland, I will be buying the home one this season but this is our final year with Adidas is it not?

So maybe they're just half-assing it with us.

Anyone seen West Ham's 3rd kit? like ive said over & over i hate black kits, but i have to say fair play to the caravan club with them introducing a historical 3rd kit representing the old Thames Iron Works FC kit.

Chelsea seem to be out of touch with this sort of thing, when we had our centenary back in 2005 they could have bought out a kit to represent our first ever kit, nah instead they come out with crap black & luminous yellow kits that have nothing to do with Chelsea FC.

WHU's 3rd kit
