We have a new manager, looks like he wants to change things up which after last season is a good thing, right now is surviving not thriving, it's going to be hard but it's beginning, if he can get us top 4 while rebuilding it will be some achievement. 

I honestly dont understand why ivanovic gets so much stick from chelsea . I personally rate him over cahill as a centre back, the problem is that we still do him a disservice by playing him at rb and then complain when he is left exposed. last season when jt went down and we had to play cahill and brana in centre back he was actually better than cahill.  He reminds me of a Maldini who was a left back but prolonged his career by playing centre back when he got older. IVAnovic is a beast if played in the right position hopefully we see him in the centre soon 

I think Chelsea will be strong on return from the International break.  Alonso, Moses, Azpiluceuta, Luiz, Zouma, Terry and Fabregas were at cobham these whole two weeks and i am sure they have been working hard training for the new system and the international break was good timing.  Other teams had almost their whole squads away on international meaning not much development on their part!!  I hope Zouma is getting to match fitness soon - I know it will be tough but a good shift and grinding results while playing good football and adjusting to new system is what we need now.  

Looking forward to the game against Leicester - wont be easy but I think we can get a good result and continue to build on the new system!  

by the way - everything seems to be working well for Diego Costa.  Whatever he's eating - he should continue eating it!

He plays as a centre back in 3 man defence for Serbia.

Normally I just search Twitter by searching for "Chelsea v Leicester stream". Normally find one easily.

Doubt very much we will get zouma and JT but oh how I can't wait for them to be on the field.

 I'd play fab aswell but he will lose mahrez all day long. I wonder if we could play matic and have fab in the front 3 him and haz dropping more central with the wb's overlapping? 

Fab loses his man and costs goals in dm, he can't track and his positional understanding  is no where near what it should be for a DM, but him upfront, you can't deny he is a wonderful creative player and we need that badly. 

Fab picking out runs and luiz hitting long balls from the back, those 2 will give opponents a lot to think about. Give Diego a chance and he will bury it the form he is in. We have one of the two best strikers in the league on current form it's a waste not to give him service.

Very good team. But considering it's not an away game and we need to score goals I will be tempted to swap Cesar with Moses.

Once you already have two defensive midfielders in a team you no longer needs Fabregas because it won't work.
I can't remember any game under José or Gus where we started with a midfield where Fabregas is playing in front of Mikel and Matic and at the end of the game Fabregas ended up as MOTM. It just never works. But I can remember lots of matches where Fabregas was great playing beside Mikel last season under Gus and playing beside Matic under José in that season we won the league. So a midfield where Fabregas play behind Costa and in front of Matic and Kante won't work just as we saw against Arsenal this season.
So I don't expect Conte to try it again. He should just pick either Matic or Fabregas for any match.

I'd quite like to see us stick with the three at the back we saw at Hull. Would also love for Zouma to be back in the fold but after such a serious injury i wouldn't rush him back in unless need be. The only change i think we will see is Pedro or Oscar in for Willian.

So sorry about Willian losing his mother, but am so pissed it gives Oscar the chance to start a match again. RLC has been average when playing behind the striker so I will like to see either Pedro or Mikel their over Oscar.
