Don't think it's quite that black and white mate, plus we have united next week. I do believe conte has the balls to hike off cahill mid game if he makes a big mistake and that is a motivation for concentration,  as we have seen in teh case of Ivan when conte drops you, you go home, this is refreshing, and that bench is a kick up the arse to the senior players.
