If you're up for paying for it, subscribe to https://www.hidemyass.com and then use the VPN to log yourself into a UK server.

DonAntonio (sorry the quote button isn't working on my phone) Avast are offering a 7 day free trial on there VPN so download that and redirect it through the UK.

Problem is I think now they use the gps location services on your phone so vpn won't work

Not sure what the issue is for you but if they don't allow access from outside the UK you'll have to use a proxy. Either set up Tor and configure it if you are comfortable with this stuff or try to find a free VPN service (more information on what it is), but there will almost certainly be massive performance issues either way because the traffic will be routed through more nodes than usual. Otherwise you can use SopCast and get links from livetv.sx (just open it in Tor in case your ISP has blocked it) :)
