No, but like I said, that is to the benefit of our opponents and the football calendar. The only other thing we are allowed is to let season ticket holders be at the matches and to serve food, but if we don't show backbone, I wouldn't be surprised if the gov decide to revoke that as well to stop fans from chanting Roman's name, which that action is being debated in Parliament ffs.

Not allowing the club to give the tickets away doesn't make a lot of sense either. Not sure why the club can't sell tickets to matches, if they can guarantee and show that the money is not going to Abrahamovic, but I'm sure it's more complex than I realize. While the statement doesn't paint the club in the best light, I imagine the club feel like they are being put into a corner and whether you agree with the statement or not, think the club is just trying to put some pressure on the government to continue to expedite this situation so that the club can operate as normal as possible.

It's clear that they are making this up as they go along. Lots of decisions being made without a lot of complete nuanced thought, 

Its sad yet the thing when govt gets involved with something it does not know a lot about.

I think I have asked this before but any of our American fans got any opinions on who Todd Bohley, The Ricketts family and Sheriff Woody have done with their respective franchises?

Yeah is my thoughts on the Saudi bid too, though I am hoping there is something in Candy having found backers like Citadel LLC.

Oh right I saw some of the marketing that has gone in to "sell" Chelsea to potential US investors.

Apparently match day revenue can go from 70mill to 200mill if the bridge goes to 62.5k capacity.

I did enjoy the last pointing being Pulisic being here and using him as a marketing tool lol.

Just google the New York Jets @axman2526... terrible franchise... how he would do in England as the owner of Chelsea? I have no clue though... the Cubs have had a high payroll recently, but they've been dumping sh*t the last few years and the Bohley owns the Dodgers who have been near the top of baseball for several years. Based on their franchises results, Bohley would be the better option, but as I mentioned, don't know that success in NFL MLB fully translates to prem league

Given those choses we want Bohley by a long long way. He wants to win. He likes very flashy signings. Woody is the worst American sports owner. His franchise hate him and are the doormat of the league every year.

We have got the most expensive seats in the league, read somewhere we will be having some seats in the West stand next season for £3'500 a game.

He is a minority owner and he tried to purchase the Sparks, a women's professional team. I have no knowledge of Wyss beyond a few weeks ago.
