If it's like this next season, serious questions have to be asked if he's suited for this job, but right now we can let him off a bit with that aspect.  A lot of this obviously stems from his management, he's prioritising our attacking game and there's a serious lack of organisation at the back. But we'll see what he can do next season. 

Think about this, Lampard has got to win and win big, because his absolutely superb chelsea playing career bestrides him like a massive ghost, He's got to bring scoring mids through, win PLs CL and EL, plus FA cups to get shot of that shadow, he's on a hiding to nothing.

Even Dalglish and what he won, 'Ooh he was a much better player though'..
