Keepers are probably the weakest part of the Women's game. That said finishing is probably the weakest part of Kova's game and I'm convinced if put in the same position with a woman in goals...Kova would have still placed his shot straight at her.

Stop the Kova hate.

'They lost just one match to Chelsea and they lose the league.' The commentator wasn't right. Arsenal's only league loss was to Birmingham. They took four points off us but it wasn't enough. 🙂
May 12, 20224 yr Over 50,000 tickets have been sold for the Women's FA Cup Final on Sunday where Chelsea's women will try to retain the trophy the won in last season's covid delayed final back in December. Chelsea's allocation has sold out but tickets are still available direct from Wembley online or from the stadium on the day. After winning the league last Sunday our confidence will be high but opponents Man City are on a 14 match winning streak including a 3-1 win over Chelsea in the League Cup final. The two best teams in the country, a packed Wembley, and 'cup final weather' forecast. Should be a great occasion. If you fancy getting along to support the girls Chelsea have been allocated the East side of the stadium and City the West. May 13, 20224 yr I was going to go to it if I couldn’t get tickets for the mens one. Went to the last one in December.
May 14, 20224 yr Like I said is fitting the women's side delivered Roman's last major honour as our owner. As much as the men's side have delivered a lot of silverware through some up and some down seasons what he and Emma Hayes built from the ground up with the women's side is truly outstanding.
May 15, 20224 yr Sam Kerr scores great goals the closest striker to Drogba we have had. Tough match ahead no doubt as City have been playing well too.

In a pre-match interview the way Cuthbert described her she has the same mentality of Drogba too. 14 hours ago, axman2526 said: Like I said is fitting the women's side delivered Roman's last major honour as our owner. With the investment and support he’s put in to the woman’s team it’s very fitting indeed.
May 15, 20224 yr Not very good first half for the women team, so far City have been dominating the match. Hopefully they manage to show the men how it is done at Wembley. And as I was writing this, we score!! Totally unexpected and City’s keeper cocked up. But great winning mentality from the team.
May 15, 20224 yr They haven’t had the best first half tbh, hopefully they improve in the second half.
May 15, 20224 yr City look the stronger team. Kerr has been class almost every touch she makes. There are a lot of 1-2-1 battles out there. Bronze vs Reiten Cuthbert is struggling to compete with her opposite numbers. City very physical after conceding like Harder being flattened on the left. Have not seen Kerr, Harder and England playing together before. Can't call this one, yet our keeper with kicking the ball out is an accident waiting to happen.
May 15, 20224 yr Just now, charierre said: Wonder if we can disguise Sam Kerr to look like Werner and vice versa? They’d notice when Werner suddenly is able to do the basics of being a footballer…
May 15, 20224 yr This is again nerve racking. I’m not sure I can take 8 more minutes of extra time, let alone penalties if we don’t manage to hold on to the advantage.
