The ref had just warned them he was watching them, so it was no surprise that he saw the elbow, the only surprise was Savic being surprised he got spotted.

I was more angry at Sanchez for falling over at the slightest contact and then rolling around as if he'd be shot.

Anyway I know I'm asking for something that no longer exists but simulation and exaggeration infuriates me. It shouldn't be encouraged at our club.

He cashed out as you say with £250,000 but if his horse had won that race he would have picked up £320,000 .

As you say it was pointed out by the ref just seconds earlier so he deserved all he got. 

bizarrely the same media pundits saying the way rudiger went down was a disgrace, made a meal of it etc are the same ones saying Carrasco should have had a penalty for falling over after a very slight grab by dave.
