Barcelona signing of City's Ferran Torres now being reported as "completed".

How is this transfer able to be done outside of the transfer window in both UK and Spain ??

Transfer windows only apply to the registration of players AFAIK. Can sign all you like but can only officially be registered and play for barcelona after the window opens.

Just seen the Southampton v Tottenham highlights. I would have been pissed if some of the decisions that went against Tottenham went against us. Kane's goal didn't even look offside, and even if it was, it was so tight that I don't see how they can be sure it was. I thought they were doing away with tight calls like that this season? I'm sure I remember United scoring one from that kind of situation and it was allowed to stand because of how tight it was.

The goal ruled out for a foul on Forster was a bit sh*t too. That wasn't a foul, Forster just dropped the ball.

Ref was Anthony Taylor right? Get ready for our own ones on Sunday.

What a f**king dive from that c**t Salah...could he made more of a meal of it......so happy he missed the penalty.

Not watching it as I don't want Liverpool games. However the commentary on a few sites say it was a "nailed on" penalty.

Too early to celebrate too, Pool are still gonna win.

I disagree. Forster doesn't have control of the ball , it's there to be won. He needs to be stronger.

I seem to remember it being said that a keeper having a hand on the ball in now deemed as being in control. Ridiculous if true.

Yes that is the rule. One single hand on the ball means they have control, and both his hands are on the ball when the Spurs player catches him. Like it or not that is the rule.

Really? bloody stupid rule change. May as well not bother competing with the keeper at all then.
