In tennis, that would be ‘out’ since no part of the ball is touching the line, even though the curvature of the ball is such that the extreme left part of the ball is ‘directly above’ the right edge of the line. what is the rule in football? It's always been the whole ball including the curvature for as long as i can remember in football, it's never been about touching the line.

December 3, 20223 yr This Argentina team isn't up to much really, I was looking forward to seeing them after all the race reviews, but very disappointing. fans are terrific though. Oops! A gift from the Aussies just now

As I said I’ll judge them better when they’ve played against a team who challenges them. Take Messi out and I really don’t see them winning it, very similar to the 86 Argies.

Also the 86’-91’ Argentina team was one of the most well drilled international sides in history. Really dislike this ‘one man team’ talk.

December 3, 20223 yr Author Pathetic, nothing wrong with half these challenges, ref falling for the Argie dramatics.

December 3, 20223 yr I think the one man team phrase is wildly overused. Barca were supposedly that but Spain (effectively Barca without Messi) won 3 tournaments on the spin.
