All three owners are still there.

It's almost as if protesting against people while you're paying them doesn't actually work.

Protesting against a manager is generally very effective though, the pressure ramps up quick

well if the owners want to ignore the fans voice, then what we can do is to show them every single week especially when they are watching in the stadium.

Look at what United fans have done to Glazers the season before vs Liverpool or how the West Ham fans boo and chant against the owner at home, make sure they are being heard by the media as well so they can put articles out that can pressure the owners.

But we don't have a problem with the owner. He's put his money where his mouth is, and the long term project view was one we have all been crying out for. Even taking a manager with a lower set of credentials was okay if he could start to show a style and approach that we could buy into. We would accept the slings and arrows of our outrageous mis-fortune. But this is just insipid, tepid dishwater.

As @Munkworth said, visions in Beige!

Demonstrating is not right thing to do and is totally the wrong message. I am not even an advocate of bad chanting during the game, but something has to happen.

And they are close to a sell to Qatar, makes them as if not richer version of Man City soon

maybe accepting the fate and doing nothing is not the best way to deal with owners that refuse to listen?

What ?

Our American investors aren't football fans let alone Chelsea fans..why would they sell their billion pound investment?

And they have spent millions on players for our team.. What are we protesting against them about ?

I don't think anyone expected instant results this is a long term project.

The problem is Potter has brought the instant results that have been typical of his career.

The results are just regular defeats and boring draws instead of wins.

The CL is our last chance to salvage this season and for me Potter doesn't deserve to be in charge for it.

When he left Brighton they were scoring goals and winning games.

So if Potter is typical of his career, then you should be excited for the future.

I don't think that will definitely be the case, I'm optimistic, but I have concerns.

My concerns thought aren't from what he did at Brighton! If he does to us what he did at Brighton I'd be ecstatic.

I'm still trying to be optimistic. I do see improvements, I also note we have quietly become difficult to beat - which will work in his favour in the CL.

Nathan Jones, on the verge of the sack with a squad 50x worse than ours, has 5 wins in the last 13. Potter has 2 wins in the last 13. The only reason the media haven't piled on him is becuase he seems like a nice guy.

Jesus christ.

This is a post that will still have me awake at 3am in the morning.

I am genuinely sitting here thinking of my next sentence and all I've got is WTF

We want Potter out say we want Potter out!!!!

I hope the home fans have the balls to at least chant this if we dont beat Southampton next week, which is bottom of the league right now

The media have been at him all week.

Will you be at that game to lead the chants ?

Timing.

The year we got to Hoddles cup final in 94 we played Barnet at home in the 3rd or 4th round. His brother Carl played against us. We were woeful. Careless passing, frustrating game meandering into nothingness. We all got the hump and starting moaning and booing. Literally a 5 yard pass on half way from Peacock, I think to Steve Clarke at RB and it rolled under his feet and out for a throw. Howls of derision from us lot. What a load of rubbish.

And their collective ar$eholes popped out. We couldn't string 2 passes together for about 20 minutes and Hoddle very nearly scored. The other one! Eventually we squeezed through and got into a run that took us to the final that somehow became my best and worst say of my life to that point all at the same time.

My somewhat long winded point is, venting our frustration is our right and entitlement,  but ultimately we Al, support the side and have a common goal. Let's choose when to voice our concerns.

I think the Dortmund game will be a real test. With the form they're in, if we can get a result there that would give him a lot of good will. Personally I think we're going to get ripped to pieces but there's always a chance we can pull it off.

I'm not doing cartwheels about our owners, they've messed up several times, liked detrimental posts about our players and are engaged in some kind of campaign to discredit the one player who could and should be a long term captain .

Frank Lampard was getting it far worse back when he was with us, and he's usually covered pretty favourably (nor were we this poor). I'm surprised Potter gets so much good will from them.

Well our own fans are dishing it out on here,  the media don't need to join in !

Oh yeah, groans and moans are normal, you can't help yourself. But organised chanting ? Nah

Have I understood this post ?

Owners have liked detrimental posts and are in a campaign against a player ?

Or is it something else ?

Please don't tell me you're referring to Mason Mount

Quite proudly too, player of the season for the last two champions league winner , playing a pivotal role no less, there are players that should be moved on, mason is certainly not one of them. And there is definitely an agenda against him. Forms temporary, class is permanent.

Somebody did a detrimental post about Cucurella which Boehly liked allegedly. Even if this is not a parody and appears to be poor judgement on Todd's part, at least we can't accuse him of knowing nothing about football.

Don't know the player issue though.

Eh I think Reece James is far more talented, if we have a long term captain it's him. Also the Player of the Season award really should have gone to Thiago Silva, he's been immense for us

Doesn't matter if they know nothing about football, it is as you say a bad error of judgement but theres no way anyone could say Todd's anyones fool. I feel theres a mason mount agenda and it's down to his contract negotiations

Other than apparently vicious and personal trolling tweets by 12 year old and cretins on twitter, where is the campaign against Mason Mount.

Granted there will be forum members calling for him to be rested, benched due to poor form and his alleged contract demands are dividing opinion due again to recent form, but campaign. I haven't seen any evidence of this.
